Very sadly, the transport company managed to break the ceramic tube we ordered but UK Saunas are going to send another one when they have it in stock.

Good products. Issue with postage but company resent. Good communications

Ordered a sauna in August which was delivered last week. Unfortunately, due to shipping there were some issues with the roof and benches. Brian offered various solutions (to save us waiting until February for a new one) and was amazing throughout. He sent out a carpenter (Dave) who truly was a master craftsman and fixed all our issues onsite, with both care and skill. I cannot fault the customer service and level of expertise at all, exceptional. Thank you Brian and Dave!

I bought a sauna just before Covid and despite many external problems (shipping etc) Brian and his team kept their word and were helpful throughout. I’ve been using it for over a year without problems but then an element stopped working - without a quibble they sent out a new one, and have given excellent and quick advise by email and phone as needed. They are clearly a very decent company and I have no hesitation in recommending for their service and their product ( I never write reviews - this might well be my first and only!)

Fantastic product, really happy with it, and the guys building it for us were terrific. Delay in receiving the product, but this was out of the hands of UK Saunas. All round, very happy.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and deciding to get married in 2024, we have had to put back our dream Sauna install until 2025.
UK Saunas have been amazing in all this - since we originally placed our order in early 2022.
Great to know there are businesses still out there who care about their customers.
Highly recommend UK Saunas and can't wait until the Sauna arrives in 2025!

Super helpful on the phone and very quick delivery. I am yet to open to use the sauna as its for a birthday gift in December but if its as good as the customer service then i will be delighted.

Very hot and very effective. In a few days noticed a difference in deeper sleep. Very satisfied and highly recommend this product.

Bought an infrared sauna from UK Saunas 5 years ago. A couple of the heating rods have recently failed. Called up Brian for advice - and though we were over 6 months past our warranty's expiry date, he insisted on sending us replacements for free. No change in the excellent customer service we received when we first bought it! If you're looking for a sauna, this is the place to go

Mobile infra red sauna was really good value. Arrived promptly, well packaged, communication great throughout. Thank you very much .

Easy to assemble and seems to work very well (used twice so far). Its appearance is classy and the blue-tooth radio links well (although not too sure about the female voice). The only issue, which has been mentioned many times by other reviewers, is the delivery time; nearly 7 months! Previous reviewers wondered whether they were waiting for the trees to grow but if that's the case, global warming hasn't speeded them up!
In summary, excellent value, good support from the company and it's great!

We ordered an infra red sauna and less than a week later the sauna is up and running. We did have some issues but these were ironed out without any hassle and in a timely manner which was amazing. The communication between us and Brian was the best customer service I have ever received when buying something online. We love our sauna it is perfect for us. Thank you so much.
