Great price, great product and super fast delivery!

Sauna not delivered as per 20 week delivery time, no calls to inform us of the delay.

What can I say??
Ordered 13 months before various reasons for delay in delivery Covid/Chinese new year/lost order in new computer email system.
However once sauna located In delivery chain arrived on allotted day ,rang before delivery.
Two guys fitted it outside where it was meant to be.
Used it 3 times and am very pleased with speed of heating up . Worth waiting for .
Only concern as it’s outside vent In floor could do with a vermin barrier as it’s possible for them to gain access underneath.

I ordered a portable sauna pod. It arrived within 2 days and has exceeded expectations. Fantastic, portable, inexpensive way to reap the benefits of an infrared sauna.

Fantastic company. Dealt with Brian who was extremely helpful and sorted my issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

A great company to buy from. Bought our sauna a couple of years ago from UK saunas. Initial purchase experience was good and since then we have had two problems to contact them about; both were sorted efficiently, politely, and with no questioning - they just got straight to sorting/sending replacement parts.
Highly recommend.

18 month old sauna, I have been having problems with it tripping for a while, I have been in regular communication with UK Saunas as we work through potential problems, nothing was working.
A technician was sent today who arrived and solved the problem, ensured it is working as it should and left.
One very happy customer, I can’t recommend this company enough.

From start to finish UK Saunas couldn't be more helpful. answering all queries in a quick and efficient manner. we were very confident that we had made the right choice. our sauna was delivered quickly and safely. with verbal communication as and when needed. well done we are delighted with our sauna.

I have not yet received my sauna, so a little surprised to be asked to provide feedback, before I receive the product. I'm sure the sauna will be fine when we get it, after all it has taken several months to be built and delivered. The joke in our house is that UK Saunas were growing the trees to make the sauna before they could deliver it. Several friends have asked about our sauna, as it is something they were interested in, but there is no incentive to promote UK Saunas. We have just said, be prepared to wait a very long time, they have to grow the trees! From placing the ordering and putting down a deposit there was little contact from the Company until I get a kurt email message to say the sauna was ready. There were further email exchanges, and then I spoke to Brian, who was quite helpful. But, as I say, I've not received the sauna yet, I have another two weeks to wait, so we will see!

A refreshing change to find a company that deliver what they advertise in all senses. I had quick and informative responses to my queries from Brian by email and phone when choosing a model, then honest updates about delivery thereafter. My sauna was delivered at the agreed time with care and was very well packaged. This was a 2 person type and was very easy to fit with clear instructions. The panels were all correctly sized and it was all securely latched together and constructed simply within the hour. It looks great and works very well. Very happy.

Fantastic customer service. Bought a portable sauna, free next day delivery.
Planning to buy a non-portable in couple months.
Really can’t fault the company.
