Ordered July 2024 with a 6 month lead time and it's now July 2025 and no sauna. I have called and emailed a few times to be told it's stuck at some port, not told where or how much longer I will have to wait. Would have been nice to be kept in the loop without me having to chase. Looking elsewhere.

We bought our infared sauna from UK saunas a few years ago (shortly after lockdowns).

Recently we had to move the sauna and our builder did the job since it was too much for me.

After putting back together we had some issues with the thermostat then the trip switch.

I rang UK Sauna, discovered we were covered by a warranty and they helped us until we were able to get the sauna running again.

You can judge a company by the service received after they’ve taken your money and UK Saunas came up 5⭐️

The one suggestion is hang on to the instructions when you buy the sauna, we had someone assemble the sauna and when it came to moving it our builder wasn’t sure what to do. Internet instructions were poor and we weren’t sure about cables and wires, this probably caused the thermostat issue.

Fantastic customer service and advice, good price, and quality product which is easy to put together and take apart. No regrets. Have had the 1 person infrared sauna for a year now, and use it on average twice a week. Really love my relaxing sessions and feel so muh healthier. Highly recommended.

This is the very very best company I have ever delt with they are unbelievable their customer service is ABSOLUTELY second to none I can’t say to much about them THEY are AMAZING

Numerous parts of the product damaged.
Maybe called UK Saunas, but this is a cheap Chinese import….id spend my money elsewhere in the future.

Brian and the team are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to answer your queries. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing.

I ordered a Sauns in October 24 with a 20 week wait.
When it got to March they advised of Delays.. Okay fine.. Waited another 2 months! They said it's on the ship now, and advised me to track a SHIP from CHINA! So clearly not UK Saunas.. They Assured me the Sauna will be delivered when the ship arrives in the uk! Ship arrived Early June, Booked in Installation and Delivery for the 10th of June.. No updates at all assumed the Delivery is all okay..

CALLED THEM 10TH JUNE FOR THEM TO ADVISE ME 'UNFORTUNATELLY YOUR SAUNA WAS MISSING FROM THE SHIP'

IT WILL NOW BE JULY!

CANCELLED THE ORDER, THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE.

After a long Waite if a year and three months the sauna came on time as stated the fitters did a good swift job at manteling the sauna the quality of wood and fitting is of high quality just the mastic on the roof could have been black to blend in with the roof tiles instead of white but over all happy with the product just waiting for the electrician to come and connect it then I can use it happy days 😁🔥🔥💝

I ordered in Dec 2024 and told May for delivery. Though this was a long time, I was happy to wait. Since then, I’ve had no contact at all with any update and we are now in June.
Poor communication and service considering the money being spent.

I'm really disappointed to be writing this but feel it's only fair to give other potential buyers a heads up before they order.

I ordered in September 2024 and was told the 20 week lead time was accurate, I chased up the order when there had been no communication and told late February would be the arrival date and a tracking link would be provided.

I chased the order again in March and was told there was a delay but it was on a ship and would be here early May. As of today, no communication and still no sauna.

If the sauna takes so long to arrive then I worry about needing to claim under warranty if something goes wrong.

Brian was initially helpful but on the last call in March suggested I should speak to other members of staff as he was now busy with another company he had.

Awful service that could have been made a lot better with a small effort on the communication front and more honesty about lead times.

If you choose to order them be prepared to wait.

We ordered a 2 person outdoor infrared sauna for our garden as we love going to spa's and having a sauna there. We both suffer from aches and pains, we are in our 50's, and we find it really helps ease them and also our skin feels so much better after having one. The sauna was delivered to our back gate, no further, and we installed it at the weekend. Instructions are fairly simple and it took about 5 hours to put up with no experience of putting anything like this together before. Was able to use it 2 days later after waiting for everything to set properly. On 1st use it was amazing! Exactly what we hoped it would be. I now use it every other day and I just give it a good wipe with a damp cloth when it has cooled down. So very happy with the sauna.
I have given lower score though unfortunately as the communication from Uk Saunas was terrible. we ordered ours April 29th 2024 and it was delivered April 19th 2025. We only got updates on our order when we asked for it. Lets them down I think as the products they sell are brilliant.

Needed a repair to our 6 year old,well used holiday let installation,1st one in that 6 years and the technician turned up on time,completed the job quickly and left everything safe and working.A1 product and excellent customer service,thanks Brian.

Communication was clear and helpful including tracking the international order. Very long lead time-much slower than expected but that was communicated and this wasn’t an urgent item.
One star lost for a broken glass insert in the colour therapy light and a defect in manufacturing that meant one of the roof bolts had no anchor point. Easily fixed with an improvised modification.

I purchased the 3 person outdoor sauna. It is great if the 3 people know each other, otherwise I would advise just 2 for business use. Superbly made, easy to assemble. Very happy with the quality and service.

I ordered my corner sauna in mid June 2024 having calculated that 20 weeks would allow me to have it for the winter. I paid my £100 deposit and received an invoice showing the balance by email very quickly.

I rang and spoke to a very helpful person who explained that the balance would be paid closer to the time of delivery. I think it might help people who didn’t know if some test could have been put on the invoice to make this point clear.

As November approached I received an email from Brian saying that due to world shipping issues the sauna would be delayed until after the new year. 2nd January. It wasn’t until 21st March that Brian was able to send an email saying the sauna was now on the ship and gave a link to track it. That was very helpful.

I eagerly watched my shipment travel around the world and was delighted when it approached the UK. I rang as instructed, organised a delivery date of 19th of May and paid my balance then.

On the 19th of May I was a little worried I had not heard what sort of time it might come. I think I was mistaken to apply knowledge of other types of deliveries. A lorry appeared in my road about 1130. We had cleared the drive so that the sauna could be offloaded onto it.

The sauna arrived on a palette in a number of boxes. We did find the handbook but we felt the YouTube video of the sauna being put together was really helpful. I had book marked the video when I first placed the order. I could not easily find the video by browsing the site which was a shame.

The panels went together quite easily. I was able to help my husband as they were not that heavy. We did need my son involved when it came to putting the roof on.

It is now all up and running and is delightful.

A few tweaks in the information given to customers would make the whole experience smoother - but I appreciate we are all human.

Sauna still splendid after 3 years. However the ioniser has ceased to work. Quick call to UK saunas, no quibbling at all and a new one is being sent out. Any questions I have had they have always answered. Brilliant service.

What a superb ethos this company has. I bought a 2 person traditional sauna from them about three or four years ago and installed it in my garden room. The quality of the build was terrific and the whole unit has been a joy to use over the years. Just recently I lost the ability to play music via Bluetooth to the installed speakers. Brian and Lawrence have been so helpful with emails back and forth, and supportive phone calls, plus the supply of some spare parts I needed in order to identify and rectify the problem. The manner in which my queries were dealt with was exemplary. Thank you UK Saunas, I don't hesitate to give you a five star review and would happily recommend the company to anyone who is considering installing a sauna at home.

UK Sauna have been a great company for service and a great Quality product. I have bought 2 saunas off of UK saunas becuase i moved and the last one was still working perfect 8 years later. Great value deep infrared with low EMFs would recommend this company. 5 stars on service and price.

Phone answer promptly, Brian explained every thing and made the purchase straight forward.
