Awful, sent me a flimsy piece of fabric that is not a flag - avoid! Have since tried to reach out to see if they’ll resolve this but they’ve ignored me several times via email.

It's always disappointing to receive a bad review, especially when the client has been told repeatedly, that the quality of print will only be as good as the artwork supplied. On this occasion we were told to print regardless as the item was needed as soon as possible, and predictably, received a complaint once the client received the banners.

Help is at hand here....
Well I needed a flag for my business and being of the older generation my PC skills are limited. I gave my details of what I wanted, they produced the artwork ( unlike other companies who give you complicated forms to fill in) they produced exactly what I wanted first time.
Absolutely brilliant company, perfect service. Just how it should be!

BUYER BEWARE - NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE! NO STARS
We are a local South London church - with a strong evangelistic ethos in the local community. We have been featured on Channel 4, BBC's Big Questions & Sunday Morning live and various other media outlets over the last ten years.
We recently decided to invest in a Feather-Flag as part of mission, did a google search & came across UK-Feather Flags (Joshua Candy).
After navigating through their site, their prices seemed reasonable at first & simple artwork was agreed upon. However the final price quoted seemed a lot higher from the one on the website. After questioning this we were informed that their quote was 'generous' & that if we found a cheaper quote they would 'beat it'.
Lo and behold we found a cheaper quote and better artwork from Emmanuel at emmantech. We have used him for years for websites, fliers, banners etc (didnt know at the time he did feather flags).
When we presented emmantech's invoice to Uk-Feather Flags Josh Candy, his discourteous reply was that the quote 'was not real' and that it was 'made up by the guy who did our website'. The result was they would not be able to match it, how much more beat it.
We immediately placed our order with emmantech.com
We have found dealing with Uk-Feather Flags a BAD EXPERIENCE. We have found them to be:
1). Disingenuous
2). Duplicitous
3). Deceitful &
4). Disrespectful.
If you cannot genuiely keep a price promise - then do not tell people that you can - this is false advertising!
Since writing this review, we have been contacted by UK-Feather Flags in a negative way. Instead of accepting constructive negative feedback, they tried to bully & intimidate us.
We are connected to several hundred organisations & are regularly on national media. We are sharing our experiences.
Stay away, you have been warned.

Bought two 3x3m banners to advertise an industrial unit. excellent quality, last for ages, so hard wearing and weather resistant.
Printed and supplied very quickly, excellent service.
All for around £200 a much cheaper way to let people know what you are doing !

Great service.
The people at UK-Feather Flags are extremely helpful and provide a great service. I needed two flags quickly, within 6 days. All I had was a photo of the logo I required and they did the rest, recieved within 5 days and within my limited budget. I would definitely use them again with no hesitation.
