UKC - Good support
In the main, these guys are spot on, rarely giving incorrect info, but beware if you get Thomas, he has given poor info on several occasions, even giving a promise on a price then after rechecking, increased it.
The support system is good, with timely responses, but sometimes it would be better to have a telephone contact when something is really urgent.

I just signed up and bought a domain. Normally l don't bother with reviews but the white-globe etiquete & impecable courtesy I received via the chat support was so outstanding that writing a review is totally worth it.
