Great day with some great cars
Great day with some great cars, booking in was quite painless staff on the day were very helpful. Couple of minor issues which I should have raised on the day but got carried away with all of the cars. My first drive was in a Nissan GTR R32 which was a beast but unfortunately there was not power steering, not sure if it was broke or not fitted but made the car very difficult to drive, the second car I drove was the Ariel Atom, whilst being very quick was difficult for me to reach the clutch, not sure if this could be mentioned when booking so people can make an informed choice when picking their cars

Thank you for your feedback and 4 star review. This will be passed to our events team. The R32 GTR is quite an older vehicle now and as such does not have Power Assisted Steering installed. The Ariel Atom does have a fixed seating position so cannot be adjusted, but our on site team who help you in and out of the Atom as well as the instructor should ask if you are comfortable etc and offer the correct booster.
I feel you did not get the full 5 star experience that we could have given you on the day and wish for you to really experience what we can offer. Please email me on office@udrivecars.com, quoting your experience date and full name and I would like to make an offer for you to return.

A gift we really enjoyed!
We were gifted a voucher for the Caterham car experience and had such a good time! My mum is not much of car person and she LOVED driving the car around and learning a bit about the best way to drive it. We felt safe and that we were able to have a good go in the car. Next time we might book multiple cars as its quite a treck for a short amount of time with just one slot.

A mess.
I booked this experience for my partner via Groupon. I didn’t pay for a damage waiver when booking as it was optional and knew my partner would be accompanied by an instructor and was not booked in for the high speed drive; I understand accidents can happen so was prepared to pay for this if it was mandatory. Upon arrival we were asked to pay for the damage waiver and given the option to pay for various test drives/track runs to gain an understanding of the site; I assumed a trial lap or at minimum a safety video etc. would be part of the experience to understand the track and any rules, it was not, so there were extra expenses despite having paid online as well as a parking charge which was inexpensive but it was just a grassy area on a gliding field. We booked a 12:00pm - 14:00pm slot and spent more time waiting, despite the car being available, than my partner actually did doing the laps. I chose the ‘Lamborghini Spyder’ online; it’s pictured in green on the site and came under the voucher I had purchased. My partner was put in a different Lamborghini despite the one we booked being available; we were advised that the picture online is not up to date and the one we booked was actually a “premium” vehicle and would cost more. The video taken was of my partner and the instructor inside the vehicle chatting to one another, none from the outside … I’m not sure why anyone would want a video of themselves chatting inside the car 😅 The pictures from outside on the track were lacklustre and taken from a distance so not worth the prices being asked (£25+). We managed to get better pictures via an iPhone camera … overall the experience was poor and not worth the money, even if booked via Groupon.

Thank you for your feedback about your experience day. Our damage waiver at £34 is an industry leading and lowest priced product on the market. It protects you that if "ANYTHING" was to happen whilst the customer is driving, they are not liable for the cost of repair to the vehicles they drive. It lasts all day, so if you add more cars on, the waiver covers you. When signing in, our Hospitality Team offer all the optional extras that you can purchase on the day. A health and safety briefing is on your booking confirmation as well as driver card so can be watched at the event, or prior.
The Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder has many variants in Colour as we do have multiples of this model. When booking, it does state in our terms and conditions that vehicle colours can vary on the day due to which vehicle is attending from our vast fleet.
Photos and videos on the day are for customers who wish to take the memory of a driving experience home with them. I can assure you, we do not just chat with customers when performing a driving experience, it is where you get to see just how much of a concentration face you can pull when driving some of these amazing machines.
I do feel that this experience for you had one expectation and it was another, as you have stated it " A Mess" but the review doesn't reflect a messy day. The voucher purchased via Groupon was discounted by nearly 80% and I do not think the review actually reflects the experience you have had. I have however passed this to the events team.

The cost involved for our media products is mainly due to the cost of equipment. Each car is equipped with a device and require constant maintenance to ensure they are always working to record those precious memories. As well our outdoor camera equipment for our on-site photography is incredibly expensive and again, requires constant servicing to ensure it is up to scratch. We are always searching for options that can help us bring the cost down not just for ourselves, but the consumer also and hopefully will find something soon.

Really exciting day for a 15 year old
Really exciting day for a 15 year old! There was a great vibe at the showground and it was swarming with very excited kids!
The three cars our son drove were with enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides. Would recommend this.
All the staff on duty were welcoming and helpful and the food and drink stall was being run by two super friendly people and quality of merchandise was good
The only criticism was the booking procedure - it was cumbersome and not particularly intuitive. It took many attempts the for system to accept the cars chosen

My 14 year old daughter had THE MOST…
My 14 year old daughter had THE MOST AMAZING DAY! She not only got to dry a porsche cayman, but she also got to imagine life as a police officer (her dream career) in the police interceptor. The driving instructors, especially the lady in the porsche cayman really made the experience and calm and enjoyable one. My daughter was so nervous, but she was really put at ease by the calming, fun nature of the instructors. Thank you sooooo much!

Junior Driving Day experience
My 10-year-old, Edward, recently took part in a Junior Drive Day and had the best time. There was only one problem - one of the instructors swore whilst in the car! Ed found it funny but also a little scandalous. Other than that, he had a wonderful day and we would thoroughly recommend the experience for any budding car enthusiast. :)

Absolutely fantastic!
I experienced this with my daughters (14 & 16 yo) they both had an amazing experience first time driving (at speed!). I had an outstanding experience with Peter! As well as that, we will also be sending videos to your phone directly which again will be instant.
