But just needs improvement on bouquet card, kindly make it more personal as this bouquet are gifts or for special occasions/moments not for promotion of the company. The company/store and their services are more highlighted in the card rather than the personal message.

The roses you delivered are pathetic. The packaging is the worst – you used chart paper and didn’t even cut it properly. The roses are not fresh at all.
