I like their design and find their products quite durable. After more than two years of purchase, my bags have only minor damages. I would surely buy from them again.

Habe diverse Bodybags und Rucksäcke für mich und als Geschenk gekauft. Die Sachen sind schön, gut verarbeitet und praktisch. Nach einer Weile sind allerdings die Ecken abgestoßen und es sieht nicht mehr so toll aus, daher nur 4 Sterne.

Tolle Produkte, perfektes Service, was will man mehr! Ich habe meinen 1. Rucksack fast 1Jahr in Verwendung und er ist noch immer perfekt!

Alles, was ich bisher bestellt habe, hat eine Top Qualität und wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Der Customer Service (bei evtl. Problemen) war absolut hilfreich.

Alles super. Habe schon 2 Modelle dort gekauft und bin mega happy mit den Rucksäcken. :)

Leider ist mein Rucksack nach nicht einmal 3 monatlicher Nutzung kaputt gegangen. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit dem Kundenservice konnte jedoch eine gemeinsame Lösung und ein Austausch des Rucksacks erfolgen.
Der Vorschlag des Unternehmens, den defekten Rucksack an eine soziale Organisation weiterzugeben, finde ich sinnvoll und mitgedacht.

I have bought several bags from this company over the last few years and they look great and are very well made. I use mine daily because I love how they look and they are practical. The side pocket and key string is brilliant. The fabric is waterproof and easy to clean.

Hajo Medium is a good travel bag - fits under the seat in front on aeroplanes but has enough room to carry laptop, book, water bottle, headphones, scarf etc.

These are bags that get loads of compliments too. The price is worth it for the quality and the effort the company makes to use recycled materials and reduce negative environmental impact.

This year I bought the Bauhaus Alison, the material is gorgeous and it fits a lot in it. The front pocket closes with a tiny magnet which is very easy to close when out but it would be hard for someone to open it without you knowing when on public transport

Shoutout to Johanna from customer service! I ordered the Ando Lotus bag in black, and it arrived damaged (thanks to UPS, who tried to force it into a small mailbox!). She resolved the issue so quickly and made my birthday a nice one. I must say, I've had another Ucon Acrobatics Rucksack for years now, and this new bag will be a beautiful addition to it. The quality is always top-notch; I love the sustainability concept and that the backpacks are lightweight. Thank you again—I will definitely purchase more!

I bought the bag 6 months ago for 90€ and loved it for the first 5 months. However, the material has started to crack from the bottom and zipper broke. That is super short time for such bag. The brand itself stands for sustainability, however they do not produce sustainable products.

The bag looks really good. Sadly, it stains quite easily, but this could also be because I have a light color. The place where the material folds cracks quickly too. The inside is very nice, with a well-padded laptop compartment, and useful compartments. The metal clip to close the bag scratches very easily, so most of the black coating is gone now. The bag is waterproof which is nice when it is raining.
All in all, I would not buy this bag again knowing this, especially taking into account the price.

After getting in contact with customer service I ended up getting a coupon covering the complete costs of a new bag! I couldn't have imagined better service. They also have supposedly improved the material of the bags, which prevents the problem of my bag from occurring again.

I bought a shoulder bag (Jonas bag dark navy) two years ago.
I have used on the rain, I have spill liquids on it by mistake. I left it in the sun for a long while. I have travel with it a lot and used daily. And it is still perfect! After two years I feel is less bright as before. But there is not scratch and the material look still sturdy and great. I’m so impressed

I’m looking forward two get a new backpack because their material is just (“chef kiss”) wonderful.

I love the backpack! Great quality even though I had a problem with clasps. I contacted customer support service and they were extremely nice and helpful. They replied quick and sent me a new one. I am so thankful and impressed how patient and caring the staff was. Had so many worse experiences with other shops. Definitely recommend buying bags there! They live the idea of sustainability and not making me, as a customer, throw away my backpack if it is not necessary!

J'ai commandé deux sacs à dos chez eux car j'adore le design associé au confort, notamment au niveau des bretelles. Ils sont très pratiques avec leurs poches multiples. Attention à la taille, bien vérifier les dimensions car sur le site, les sacs ont l'air plus petits qu'en vrai. Service client très réactif et au top. Je conseille.

The quality of the bagpack is just excellent. And client service was super friendly and helpful. They sent me the bag 3 times because of local post problem. I can highly recommend Ucon Acrobatics.
