Responsiveness, quick and efficient responses, timely delivery of service and reliability, this is how I would describe Uaevisaonline. I am highly satisfied with the service.

The fees for visa issuance were higher than travel agencies here in Kuwait .
You also made me pay for COVID travel insurance ( not mandatory I suppose ) and would not send me my visa if I did not pay the insurance !!!
At times I thought I was being a suspect of fraud

I used the service 2 times and both times I was charged $99 as an insurance fee, which I believe was not required (illegal I would say).
I sent an email and also a message on WhatsUp but never received feedback/clarification.
Also there was an issue with the cost of the visa. See the details below. I copy them from the email.

I would like to clarify a few points if possible.

1) Cost of the visa
I asked for a 14-day visa but you prepared 1 month, which basically cost me more than I would like and needed.
I was charged the same $160 for 14 day as I would be charged for 30 days.

2) Covid insurance
I have called a few offices here in Armenia and asked several friends in Dubai and they all said this is NOT mandatory, but you kept my visa and asked for $ 99 to pay as an insurance fee.
Can you please share relevant information to prove that covid insurance is really mandatory to enter Dubai?

I am sorry but I feel there is some kind of manipulation and it is unacceptable to me.

Then the second time I applied to my UAE visa for an extension, they once again stole 12 days of my 2 Months payed...

Horrible service, they have no Idea what they are doing....

Great service by Alima. I didnt get my approved visa until the day of my flight. They asked me to pay for insurance and the link was not working for payment. Alima helped me out and got my visa approved.
