Alhamdulillah received my visa today after 5 days n im about to fly in 10 hours time. This website is legit but if you are in hurry better go trough the airlines website. If u r not in hurry they will assist you. P/s i already submit 2nd application yesterday because im afraid it wont make it on time but the 2nd application failed due to double application. Anyhow lesson learned. And tq again for the visa.

They will never give you the visa and you will loose your money.

uaevisaonline.com tried to mislead us into applying for unnecessary visas. They wrongly told us that my husband (Indonesian) couldn’t get a UAE visa if we were staying at my mother’s house in Dubai — which is absolutely not true. We went through another visa service and got his visa processed correctly and quickly.

They also claimed that I (Swedish) and my daughter (Portuguese) must apply for visas through them because “UAE doesn’t offer visa on arrival” for our nationalities. That was also false. Another agency confirmed that we were eligible for visa on arrival — and our embassy later confirmed the same.

This site is not official, and they either don’t know the visa rules or are intentionally misleading people to make money. Avoid them and use the UAE’s official visa channels instead.

I applied my visa on 6 march and got it within 24 hours . Every time I asked a question they responded guided me throughout I was kind of anxious as it’s my first solo international trip & to start with visa I got it so fast and so hassle free in delighted and overwhelmed! They scammed us at every part of the process. over charged for application fee. Tried to charge an expedited fee. Tried to charge for insurance we didnt need. I regret not researching or using govt sites.

Was a lengthy process, however they were in contact with me via WhatsApp throughout the process. I will highly recommend this service!
