Europe Emirates Group First Class Service
I engaged with Europe Emirates Group to arrange and assist with the set up of my Dubai business, including UAE Id card. From the outset, communication with Jina was first class and everything was arranged taking all the headaches and hard work away, ensuring everything was in place including E-visa, in preparation for my visit to Dubai. On arrival in Dubai the excellent communication continued and from there I was looked after by Jackie and the two drivers Luigi and Dawood. Collected from my hotel, chauffeur driven to the medical centre and biometric appointments. Jackie, Luigi and Dawood were first class, personal and nothing was too much trouble. Even a puncture did not slow or prevent them achieving the outcome and they quickly made alternative arrangements, whilst constantly making sure I was Ok. I was absolutely 100% satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend anyone considering setting up in the UAE to use their services. Thanks Jina, Jackie, Luigi and Dawood.

I must say, i am leaving this positive review purely off the back of the work the staff have done for me and my business! Dayan Candamil specifically has worked tirelessly to go over and above the call of duty! she has been excellent in managing my needs and ensuring that I'm compliant with various new legislative things brought in by the government. I am also very busy and she never gave up and was always so patient in waiting for me to be available, often at unsociable hours for her due to me working in several different time zones.
