I have started the process of setting up a company in the IFZA free zone with the Europe Emirates Group and was assisted by Noon who was excellent and supportive during the process. Noon from the start listened to what I needed and explained the process thoroughly, she went through each stage and what was required and the exact cost of everything was. Noon was so supportive that she took calls outside of working hours to answer my questions and this was never an issue and always put me at ease. Noon is an asset to Europe Emirates Group because her level of service was outstanding and 100 times better than other people that I got quotes from. I would highly recommend.

Will start off by saying that this whole experience has been nothing but outstanding! There are a lot of companies providing the same service HOWEVER none will go the extra mile like Europe Emirates Group! From the minute I began this process I was contacted by Mr. Nathan and he did not hesitate for a minute to answer every single question I had, gave me as much time as I needed and let me say I had a lot of questions! He setup several meetings to answer all my questions and to help ease this process and ensure that everything will be smooth. I must say the reason I chose Europe Emirates Group was not just because of their rich background and experience, but truly because Nathan went above and beyond to help me in this process! I must also thank Ms. Elizabeth for her support and constant updates, she has also been extremely helpful and understanding of all my needs. Poor customer service
Poor customer service.
The creation of the company and subsequent licence and residency was very good and flawless. However, you only later learn (because they don't tell you) the package does not include legally required tax registration with the UAE authorities, does not include accountant registration (also legally required).
I found an alternate provider so needed an NOC letter from them which took me 3 weeks to obtain. NOC is a 1 paragragh letter from them to confirm they are not acting on behalf of our service any longer so another can take over. For this, they charged 900+VAT (approx £200 GBP).
The internal services do not talk to each other effectively and left me having to pay a fine for failing to register the corporation tax with the authorities.
When in country, despite knowing I was there for only 2 weeks they failed to mention you need a mobile number registered in UAE for obtaining a bank account. So this was very difficult to obtain also.
Overall, the physical obtaining of company licence and registration as well as residence was very good.
What was not good is the complete lack of service for remaining legally compliant, moving away from them took weeks instead of days as they tried to keep hold of me as a customer and the thing that really frustrated is that when I started the process the sales team were happy to say they could refer me to people to help my business get off the ground (individual name removed), which never happened.
(Individual name removed) was requested so many times for NOC which was delayed and requested Zoom meetings with manager (Nikkila) to attempt to retain custom and find out what they can improve on.
Then after the awful experience which led to my wanting to leave the service, they charged me for the very simple NOC letter (individual name removed)
I want to be fair due to the company formation and residency team doing a great job, but overall, would not recommend due to legal compliance issues not being included in the service cost, introduced to me a shock later on when adding my wife to the company, and then subsequently attempting to get away from the service proving far too difficult.
The company requested individuals working on our formation to be removed, which I have done, in the hope the review cannot be challenged further. It was only first names to show this to be an authentic review, but this has proven too much for them now in September 2025.

1. Legal Compliance (Tax and Accountant Registration):
The package you selected did not include tax or accountant registration, which were offered as add-ons. These were not part of your original agreement, and we provided the necessary information upfront. We believe we fulfilled all contractual obligations, and any confusion stemmed from the optional nature of these services.
2. NOC Letter Delay:
The delay in issuing the NOC resulted from standard compliance checks required to ensure a proper handover. The AED 900 + VAT fee, communicated in advance, reflects the administrative work involved, consistent with industry norms. While we understand your frustration, we adhered to legal and procedural requirements to protect both parties.
3. Communication Regarding UAE Mobile Number:
The UAE mobile number requirement for opening a bank account is a regulation set by the banking sector, not within our control. While we assist with company formation and residency, banking policies are outside the scope of our services.
4. Retention and Transition Process:
Our retention efforts, including Zoom meetings, were intended to address your concerns and improve your experience. These discussions were meant to assist, not delay your transition, and are standard in service-based industries.
5. Business Support Referral (Josh):
Referrals for business support were provided as a courtesy, not a contractual obligation. Our primary focus was delivering seamless company formation and residency services, which we fulfilled as promised.
6. NOC Charges (Habiba):
The fee for the NOC covered compliance checks and administrative work, which are essential for a smooth transition. This was communicated upfront, and the fee was consistent with standard industry practices.
Conclusion:
We understand your frustration, but we believe we met all of our contractual obligations and delivered our services as promised. The company formation and residency process was completed flawlessly and in record time, and any additional services were communicated clearly.

COMPASS IN Rash Al Khaima, Economics Zone. This organization helped me to register my business in UAE. So they certificate my corporation. They surface my license. I'm a partner of Compass now. And they helping me with everything like bank account, government, all the agreements that I need to have my business here in Dubai. I'm very pleased with Jina and the whole team, of course. Jina had close contact with me and she was patient and flexible, but, knowing what she wants and asking me the information she needed. So also my registration ID card and now I am a UA citizen❤️.
