This is My tyres operating under a different name. Possibly the worst company to deal with in the history of tyre company’s.

Upon reading the majority of the reviews, i thought i had made an error in ordering through this company. However, i can not fault the company for their communication in keeping me updated about my order / delivery. Yes the tyres do get shipped in from elsewhere (and in my case my order was processed by a company called 'Giga Tyres') but if you are not in a hurry for them (i.e. want them in 2-3 days), then i would recommend as i saved over £45 per tyre based on what i could get them for in the UK. My tyres arrived within 12 days of ordering them and only 1 working day past the originally stated delivery date. When contacting the company i spoke to someone in person and also had emails responded to efficiently. From my experience, I will be using again in the future.

As someone below said - I should read reviews before ordering from them. After more than two weeks my tyre came… in wrong size so now they have not want to give refund until tyre is returned - im fine to send it back on their expence but now I am waiting to them to arrange it. For the references order date 28 Feb 22, received on 25th of March (where actually should be ob 21st!) and today is 1st of april. 🤬 Btw they are sending from Germany not UK…

Beginning to think it's all a scam, should of had tyres 2 day's ago, they can't even tell me when I'm going to get them, so wish I checked their reviews before paying them money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Two weeks later a Tyre listed as in stock has still not been delivered. Customer service advised tyre would take two weeks (not going to be met) and despite advising them this was unacceptable at time of being advised of this due to car being off the road, they would not change the delivery service and you cannot cancel order “once it has been passed to warehouse” which happened prior to lead time being advised.

Website said delivery 1-3 days, after you place the and pay, you receive an email to say tyre/s will arrive in 14 days!!!! absolutely ridiculous!! False advertising and should not be allowed!!!

it said delivery in about 3 days when i ordered, its been over 2 weeks now. very poor service, will definitely never order from them again

Ordered a single tyre as an upgrade/oversize fitment trial in December just before Christmas (with 3day delivery) it arrived the 2nd week in January took 3 WEEKS NOT 3 DAYS... got it mounted, raised my suspension, clearanced my arches front and rear then ordered a set of 4 on a 3day delivery..... guess what .. TOOK 13 DAYS TO ARRIVE....

Great price... RUBBISH SERVICE...

Ordered some cooper cobra tyres. Good price compared to others. They didn't arrive on the specified date but 2 days later. Did reply to my email however regarding the delay and explained slight delay on orders. Happy with the service and price and got hard to find tyres

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY!
My advice is buy elsewhere.
They give you the impression they are a UK based company quoting 2 days delivery. Then once you pay you get an email saying 14 days delivery, then you realise the tyres are coming from Germany not the UK.
They are complete & utter liars.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered one tyre over the Christmas period and received it in good time, no problems. Was a bit worried after I read the existing reviews after placing the order but all was well.

Terrible delivery service.
Do yourself a favour and buy locally.

I ordered 1 tyre on the 10th of December and another on the 13th after two unlucky encounters with potholes. They were supposed to be delivered on the 21st but nothing came, so I called them and was informed that they'll be late and probably after Christmas, meaning that I'll be stuck at home on my own for Christmas. So unless they really make an effort, I'm going to be really unhappy with this company.
But even if I do get them before Christmas, getting them fitted in time is probably going to be a challenge.

No tyres received. No replies to emails either. Just thank god I paid via a credit card and not a debit card.....

ordered a van tyre order number 45516311 on the 20th october believing it was uk based. I got an e mail confirmation then told delivery was the 8th Nov. No tyre arrived and when I checked the tracking number they gave me it said tyre delivered.!
E mailed them and no response.!!

I've had to give a one star review, as Trustpilot won't let me give this shower of s**t a NO STAR review, as I would like to do.

Quite apart from the fact that the transaction completed onto a different website from where I started, with me being transferred from Tyres.net to Mobilemech-shop.co.uk which should raise alarm bells.

The tyres were showing in stock for delivery in three days, good price and so I ordered them. Luckily through Paypal, so should get my money back that way.

Several days go by, still no tyres, e-mailed repeatedly and got no response, then finally called them and was assured they were on their way and would be delivered today.

Of course, surprise, surprise, no tyres today either.

Plainly they are a scam company who don't actually supply tyres, only misery.

Ordered 2 tyres of this website called tyres.net which i thought was a uk company and was far cheaper than anywhere else
and offered free delivery. After my order i got a few emails from different names saying my order has gone through etc and will get a confirmation when they have left the warehouse. I thought was a bit suspicious so looked up tyre.net reviews and it led me to this page in my heart sunk after reading a few reviews, thinking ive just been scammed. After few days i got more emails saying that my tyres were ( probably going to be here on the 20th of August ) wasnt feeling very confident after these other reviews but since i paid with paypal i new i was covered. Tyres came 3 days later that the delivery date they told me thank god. Came from Germany with DPD. Took few weeks to come but worth the wait saved me £90. As i priced around local tyre fitters and they have to order them in aswell.. if your in no rush for them and want to save money order from them and use PayPal for peace of mind. I will order again.

Just as everyone else says - website misleads you into believing tyres will be delivered in a couple of days. 10 days later - no tyre, and they say it's in customs and I may get it next week! If I had known it was being shipped from overseas I would have bought elsewhere.

I ordered 3 tyres on 21/7/21and they are still not here on the 4/8/21. Have contacted Tyres.net but they have no idea when they will be delivered but did offer a refund, but reading the reviews below that too may take an age to get processed!
These tyres are not U.K. stock. Prices appear to be good but the service is terrible and needless to say I will not be using them again.
