Delivery, ordering and choice of products cannot be faulted.
On a separate note we had a leaking vertical double radiator that was approximately 2 years old and it couldn’t be easier to get a replacement free of charge sent out.
We a company and would not use anyone else for our designer radiators.

As long as your aware that delivery will in fact be a minimum of 12 days( mine was 14) and emails never answered and when the tyres arrive they are 3 year old already,you’ll be fine.
But be aware all tyres,would you believe,are considered new up to 5 years old and in some cases 7 years.

Ordered 2 two sizes of underpinning jacks with one size mistakenly sent wrong,response was immediate and replacements sent the next day, outstanding service I cannot fault.
They are a high quality product with an even higher customer service, highly recommend.

Absolutely the best service you could hope for, we have had other makes and not one can match the service in anyway.
I wouldn’t buy anything else again.

I am an installer and have all my designer radiators off them.
I’ve had a few damaged due to the delivery companies and always the issues have been dealt with promptly and quickly.
Just recently we had a 3 1/2 year old vertical aluminium radiator leaking which wasn’t cheap at all and the response was immediate and a replacement on the way the next day.
I can’t recommend them highly enough, great choice, price and service to match.

Nicely made and arrive promptly, fitted my kamado joe perfectly

Product was well priced especially compared to other makes of A2 rated Fir board.It’s solid, very dense and heavy with a slightly smooth finish.
Had my doubts initially as it stated made from gypsum and other products and I didn’t want to have it plastered after.More than met my expectations and it was delivered when stated and on time.

Just got the Gozney Dome which is very well made and looks lovely in green, cooks pizzas exceptionally well too.Got the stand too,which for a stand is very well made and actually worth the price.The usual great service from Oliver at Prosmoke.

All as described and the delivery chaps were excellent.

Arrived quickly and as described, it’s is of equal quality as my Kamado Big Joe 2 original divide and conquer.It gives it 2 inches above the original 2 tier which is very helpful.

I looked at many of these bikes and very nearly chose the GoCycle which is much more.But I’m glad that I chose the MyRider as it is excellent and nicely made.I had a cracked mud guard and they posted a pair out.Excellent service.

I’ve had a rotisserie and a divide and conquer set off them for a kamado Joe Junior which I’ve not seen anywhere els.
I also have a big Joe 2 and now a classic 3 which they have cheapened(I believe now owned by some investment company)the quality is better than the classic for sure.
My nephew has just bought a 25inch Kamado and you can’t fault the quality at all.

I have what is considered the best !Kamado Joe.The can’t fault the quality of the big Joe I purchased 2 years ago and this is nearly on par. The Classic 3 I’ve just got, well !! The s/s grates are cheapened(.1kg lighter)The top is marked with faults, I mean a lot of faults, almost a second.Try these people.

Absolutely the best service with super fast turnaround, and get complementary filter and printer roll. This time new rechargeable batteries thrown in too.We have had other makes who pale in comparison.
