I was skeptical about using patches as I've tried so many over the years and kept getting severe allergic reactions. Type one style are the first that have actually kept my devices in place and left no horrendous rashes afterwards . Such an huge choice of designs . I had a really pretty Peony design to match with a wedding outfit .

I made an order and paid for it a month ago. Didn't receive till now.

Terrible customer service! Taken my money and patches wear off within hours! You can’t speak to anyone!

I used this company a few times, always had good experience. Then I ordered CGM patches last year, but after they arrived my diabetes team gave me a different CGM. I contact Type One Style and they said for me to return at my own cost...I did it and they claimed it never arrived. They did not offer any assistance. It cost me over €80 in total which is a lot of money to lose. I was very stressed starting an insulin pump and I did not need this stress. Lets be honest - the patches probably cost less than €5 to make, and my diabetes will never be cured so I will be a lifelong customer. Now I will never use them again and I tell everyone that they are a bad company. It is such a shame, they could have offered a partial refund or discount on my next order - anything. but they did absolutely nothing. Now I see others have also said the return order did not arrive to them and I believe it is a scam.

Terrible customer service.
Contacted them following a patch causing my skin to blister and rash. They weren’t interested.
They also printed the “customised’ patches incorrectly (completely ignored the specifications/cropping that was completed when adding product to basket) and then refused to acknowledge or rectify their error.
I implore you to use a better, more established business that cares about their customers.

Dismissive company.
One of their new hibiscus patches caused a chemical burn that blistered, they couldn’t have seemed more disinterested if they tried.
Other patches arrived damaged, don’t even get me started on their “customise your own patch” - you adjust the image but they print it however they like.

Biggest waste of £50+ on patches I can’t wear now due to ingredients, damage and rubbish printing.

I purchased these patches from Type One Style because I thought they looked really pretty and liked the idea of having something a bit more decorative for my Dexcom G7.

However, at £14.49 plus postage and packaging (around £18 in total), I feel they are extremely expensive for what they are. As diabetics, many of us can feel self-conscious about our devices, and I do wonder whether that encourages people to spend more than they otherwise would.

Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. My G7 sensor is changed every 10 days, so the pack should have covered around 50 days of wear. By day three, the patch had already started peeling away at the edges. It has been hot weather, but the standard Dexcom overpatch that comes with the sensor normally stays on without any issues for me.

I also became sore and itchy underneath it. My skin clearly doesn’t agree with whatever adhesive is being used.

My biggest concern is that the patch adheres extremely well to the sensor itself. I’m now in a position where removing the patch risks pulling off a perfectly good sensor before its 10 days are up. Anyone using NHS-funded sensors will understand how frustrating that is, as we’re only supplied with what we need and losing a sensor early isn’t ideal.

The designs are lovely, but for the price, the performance and skin reaction have left me very disappointed. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing again.

We did not receive our order despite royal mail claiming it had been delivered, when I contacted TypeOneStyle, via email, they were slow to respond and have not, 5 days later, resolved this issue. Not a happy customer. 😕 a thumbs down 👎

Fast shipping. Good prices. Great quality. The patches are gorgeous and the stuffed animals are adorable. Will definitely buy from them in the future.

My 3yo had awful reactions to these. Didn't realise at first as thought it was the dexcom itself but she was always super itchy. Then started breaking out in blistering rashes in the exact place as the overpatch only. She would sob when removing them, even when using cavilon as a protector first. Now moved to making our own and not a single reaction or itch to be seen!

I did not receive the item after almost 2 months, and I was told to wait. After that, I stopped getting responses.

My skin has had a bad reaction twice now to the adhesive from patch. Surprising as I have used previously without issue.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Type One Style from start to finish. The quality of the products is outstanding, with real attention to detail and a premium feel throughout. Customer service was also excellent — responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.

You can tell this is a brand that takes pride in what they do. Fast delivery, great communication, and the final result exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Type One Style to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality work and a professional service.

Incredible Company! I've been ordering from Type One Style since 2025 and I couldn't fault anything they make me feel so much more confident being type one and the quality of the patches is perfect lasts me over 20 days plus each patch. If you haven't yet... Order from these guys also if you download their app you get even more discount on their products and the kids love my plushie cow that I also now have. Ignore the 1 star reviews on here they don't know what they're on about a load of bots I'd say.

Ordered my first lot of patches around 2 months ago and just received my second. I love all the designs and have picked some of the new styles to try! Personally these are the only ones that have actually worked for me for the whole time I have my CGM on

Die Verarbeitung der Sticker sieht billig aus und es gibt keine vorgefertigten Öffnungen für die Sensoren obwohl dies auf den Bildern so abgebildet war.

Absolutely love my patches! They keep my pump and cgm safe and help me feel confident particularly at the gym! Will be a long term customer!
