The massage bed is of good quality, however it was supplied with out of date single page instructions; furthermore if it has to be returned, the manufacturer advises that it must be returned to the USA whereas it was purchased online from a UK supplier

Still haven't received my order it is 4 days late . Not sure if I will receive as no more movement on my parcel from the scheduled date .

DPD lost my package and asked me to contact the seller (Master Massage Equipment) to resolve the issue. After several emails and whatsapp contact, they finally responded to my email. They still have not taken any action and their replies are slow and feel dishonest. My order was made 18 May and there is no solution until today, 24 June. My massage teacher suggested this company and I was planning to also order my massage table from them. Of course, my teacher is informed and she will stop suggesting their products to her students. Very sad.

Great stool really well made and I am getting used to it already after a few days. Height and tilt adjustments work well. Good price delivered quickly

Bought a massage table less than a year ago — the support cable has already snapped, making it unsafe to use.

The bigger issue is the complete lack of response. I’ve contacted multiple times via email, website chat, and WhatsApp since 27/03 and have either been ignored or fobbed off with “we’ll get back to you” — which never happens.

I was told on 02/04 this would be resolved within 5–10 working days. It wasn’t. I’ve chased repeatedly since and am now being completely blanked.

This has cost me work and money, as I’ve had to buy a replacement table just to keep my business running.

A faulty product is one thing — being ignored for weeks is another. I would not recommend based on the aftercare alone.

Wonderful upgrade! The heating massages table just adding an extra conformity to my clients and level up my treatments.

I only received part of my order, part of which was not fit for purpose. I have spent over a week trying to contact My international, via email, via Whatsapp, via the chat function on their website. Not a single acknowledgement or response. It feels as if nobody works there.

The fabric of the sheets is good quality, although they are too large. Honestly, we don’t need sheets with so much excess fabric hanging over the sides of the massage table to be able to work comfortably. They would be more practical even for washing, as they would dry faster if they were the right length.
The delivery was not as expected. The company contacted me to inform me of the delivery time, and although I was waiting at that time, no one showed up and the package was left at a warehouse for me to collect.

Very happy with the communication and fast dispatch and receipt of my new massage table.

I’ve tested it out and honestly feel that this is already helping my clients to get more benefit from my work.

Couch cover arrived as promised. Excellent product, fitted the Gibraltar table perfectly. It was really good to be able to talk to a real person in the UK who knew the product and was able to give me good advice. Thank you.

The customer service is atrocious! It has taken days to try and sort out a spare part. No one answers the phone, goes straight to voice mail. Stuck in the chat that will take anywhere between 6 - 24 hours for a response to your next message.

This is my second purchase from Master, and once again, I’m very satisfied. I bought a massage table that unfortunately arrived damaged, but the company immediately replaced it with a new one without any hassle. The customer service is truly excellent – quick, friendly, and professional. You can really feel that they care about their customers. I highly recommend Master – a reliable company you can trust!
