Everything went really well. Beginning to end the whole process took roughly 5 weeks.

I contacted Ella through Whatsapp to ask about a custom design for an engagement ring and got several quotes. Communication was good all throughout the process, replies were fast and she kept me updated all the time. After they modeled the ring according to specification they sent me the details and I asked for a modification which they did without any problem. Once done they sent me multiple pictures and a video of the ring. It turned out identical to what was specified! I cannot emphasize enough how good the work was!!!

Shipping with tracking went flawlessly, took around 5 days to be delivered to Europe through DHL.

Linda was amazing and helpful during the design of engagement ring of my fiancée. The whole thing was really smooth. I reached out to her with designs in my mind and things I want to have in a ring, after that I waited for several days for a CAD to be ready, changed my mind about some detail and asked for some edits , which took couple more days to incorporate then I approved the design. After that it took less than 2 weeks for the ring to be manufactured and shipped online. It was a great experience and I would totally recommend it for anyone looking for an engagement ring.

A woman named Linda Qin has been helping me and she is fantastic! She is very responsive and wants to make sure everything is perfect! I went with a 2ct lab diamond with a custom setting and everything looks great. I will be getting more from her.

My experience with Tianyu Gems was nothing but amazing. The only thing that would have made it better is if I were physically in China to experience the great customer service and see the diamonds in person. My sales associate, Maggie, supported me throughout the entire process… and it was a long process lol. I initially reached out about a year before I actually decided to pull the trigger and move forward with my custom ring set. Let me tell you now, I wish I had moved faster, because when I did finally purchase, the price of gold started to rise. Regardless, Maggie was patient, supportive and informative. She responds in a timely manner and is an expert in her field. I can only rave about Tianyu Gems, and I will be returning for all of my custom jewelry purchases. 10/10 highly recommend!

I worked with Linda from Tianyu to design my gf’s engagement ring set. It turned out amazingly well. Highly recommend!

At first glance, I felt nervous trying out an online Jewelry store let alone a non-local. I stumbled upon Tianyu Gems and did some research. Everywhere and everyone rave about how wonderful they are. Which shortly after, I decided to jump the gun and order a ring from them.

Maggie their sale rep, took care of my request and provided excellent communications throughout the entire process. The ring I commissioned for was well designed, quickly made with fair pricing, and finally shipped to me extremely fast. I am pleased with the service and extremely happy that Tianyu Gems lived up to their good reputations.

I will be ordering my custom rings/ jewelry from them in the future without any doubts. And I think you should give them a shot too.

Maggie was fantastic to work with!! She was always quick to respond where she would reply in less than a day despite the huge time zone difference. I was also very picky and wishy washy at times in regards to the features in my piece, but she was amazing in helping me through the process and figuring out what I wanted or did not want in my piece. For ideas that I could not find photo references for, she helped to find previous pieces that she had worked on that best described what I was trying to create and we worked together to filter out options. I also requested a custom lab diamond for which a photo was difficult to find, and she helped to find a video of what I wanted. She was very sweet and patient to work with and I would love to work with her again on other pieces in the future!

The process itself was also very fast.
- Once I confirmed the design of the custom cut lab diamond; it took Tianyu 2 days to create a moissanite model.
- Once the moissanite model was confirmed, Maggie said it could take 20 business days to make and another 25 business days for IGI certification; it took about 30 business days total despite Tianyu being on national holidays for about a week.
- Maggie indicated that CAD drawings would take 3-10 business days to create; the first CAD came out literally on the same day, the second CAD (a total redesign) took 2 days, and the final CAD took 1 day.
- Once I confirmed the CAD ring design, Maggie indicated that it would take 10-15 business days to make; the ring took 6 business days to create despite it being the holiday season.
- The ring got shipped and delivered to us in about 3 days.
- The final price was also accurate to what she initially quoted; she was always transparent about costs throughout the entire process.

I would recommend working with Maggie on your dream piece! She gave me peace of mind throughout the process by helping as much as she could to create the piece I wanted and answering my millions of questions.

My first experience designing a ring with Maggie and it definitely won’t be the last! Maggie was concise in her communication clarifying exactly what I wanted and responded to all of the questions that I had in a prompt fashion. She was great to work with- and the final product was absolutely stunning.

Sophia helped me make a custom wedding band and it was perfect. Great price and quality. Would recommend.

I truly don’t even know where to begin with this post. This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE experience dealing with this company overseas. I’ve taken to now posting our experience publicly because I do not want anyone to go through what we have gone through. Our wedding bands were absolutely ruined TWO DAYS after our wedding.

The solution? At first they didn’t respond to my husband’s messages. So I took over and aggressively began pressing them to rectify the situation. They offered to remake our rings free of charge under warranty IF we agreed to changing our initial design. Refused refund. So, with no other practical choice — we agreed.

TWO months after receiving — those rings are the same issue as the first set. Completely ruined. This has ruined our wedding bands and I think of this every time I look at my forever rings.

My husband designed my engagement ring with them, he proposed in April of 2024. We were married in May of 2025. My rose gold ring is now completely yellow gold. Tianyu has completely ghosted my messages now. Vanessa has taken to no longer even responding.

Things you need to know before you agree to giving them your hard earned dollars.

1.) They will NOT honour lifetime guarantee. This is the first MASSIVE red flag.

2.) VERY bad quality — as pictured.

3.) Horrible attitude towards customer service.

4.) NIGHTMARE buyer experience for any needed repairs that should be covered under warranty.

5.) AWFUL correspondence. Straight up will dodge you.
