Tarnished within months despite care
I received the personalised name necklace as a gift and was initially really happy with it. However, after only a few months of daily wear, the necklace has completely tarnished and turned black, even though I’ve taken excellent care of it. I always kept it dry, avoided perfumes and lotions, and followed all the basic care instructions. After it started to discolour, I contacted customer support and followed their cleaning advice, including polishing and using a special home remedy. Unfortunately, the necklace only got worse, even more dull and discoloured after their recommended treatment. It’s really disappointing considering this was a sentimental piece and supposedly made from 925 sterling silver. I expected better quality and longevity for the price. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re planning to wear it regularly.
Damaged product - no response when contacted.
My wife bought me a leather bracelet as a birthday present. When l opened it part of the leather had frayed and a strand had broken completely. Despite sending emails along with photos attached of the damaged product we’ve heard absolutely nothing. No communication from Silvery at all. Seems that they’re ok with sending faulty products and then ignoring communication from customers. Pretty poor.

The rings fit perfectly and the engraving is good, initially i was not happy with my keepsake rings as the engraving was not exactly what i envisioned but after going backwards and forwards with a small fee the rings were remade and are great.

The web portal for placing my order for a customised necklace was very easy to navigate and my necklace arrived within four days. I appreciated the frequent communication and updates about my necklace too which included the name of the jeweler. When the necklace arrived I was so impressed with the quality. I would definitely shop here again.

Great product and value, good communication but over promised the dispatch speed slightly. It was especially important for me and while delivery was as quick as expected, it was a full five business days for dispatch. Perhaps it was a busy period.

Item nothing like pictured
Item nothing like pictured. Was meant to be a memorial piece for my son, bitterly disappointed as I can’t read his name let alone see his name. Contacted them but tried to justify by sending images. Means nothing to me and will never wear it. Highly recommend not to buy generations necklace for that reason.

I was very happy with the overall service of this company. I ordered my granddaughter a ring that was engraved it was beautiful. They kept me informed through the whole process and it came very quickly. I wanted a bigger size and sent an email to them which was acted on straight away. I would definitely order from this company again.
