Tax fraud risk - avoid

Be very careful. Avoid if I were you. Do not let them pay you via an umbrella company. Insist on payment direct. TXM Healthcare will not explain to you what an umbrella company is for, that you pay a fee, or that there are risks. When the unbrella company that they have insisted you sign up to disappears with £5000 that should have been paid to HMRC they will deny any responsibility since you are not their employee, you were employed by the dodgy umbrella company that they organised for you. The company is doing their best for all…

The company is doing their best for all their staffs to work in different hospitals so we can gain more experience . They also trying to make sure everyone has enough work for the week and they all was paid on time. Bravo to all of you in the company. Keep it up and welldone.

Excellent Service from TXM !

This is the firat time am working with TXM and its coming up to about a year now .I have been allocated a Recruitment Consultant who is very helpful , dedicated ,open and transparent and responsive and always at hand to support and resolve any issues

Overall

Overall, working with TXM Healthcare has been a positive experience. Jay is very supportive, responsive, and easy to work with, which makes the process smooth. Communication is clear, and roles are generally well explained before you accept them. Payments have been reliable and processed in a timely manner.

I worked with Mason for approximately 2 years and I can honestly say he's one of the most approachable people I've met. He had a great ability to make everything run smoothly and communicate clearly. He helped me a lot, and I wholeheartedly recommend working with him to anyone considering locum work.

TXM Healthcare team are very supportive…

TXM Healthcare team are very supportive and efficient. In particular Mason Misquita, who has been working with me for the last 2.5 years is very professional but also very friendly and always available to answer any questions and support me in my professional plans at the current stage of my career.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the service provided by TXM Medical and their team.

Jay Hussain is one of the best recruiters I have worked with.He has been phenomenal in settling me into the new placement.
He support to Drs is excellent.
Excellent recruitment agency very helpful in appraisals and payroll.

Mason

I've had the pleasure of working with Mason Misquitta, and I can honestly say he's one of the most dedicated professionals I've come across. What stands out most about Mason is his availability; he's always there when you need him, even when he's been away on leave. That level of commitment is rare and really speaks to the kind of person he is.
Mason genuinely cares about the people he works with. He doesn't just do the bare minimum; he goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that you feel supported every step of the way. There's a real sense of reassurance knowing that no matter what comes up, Mason will be on hand to help.
