The artists have been absolutly fantastic Freya is the best teacher ever as is Liz Brown oh and Jimbo with his Lettering also did enjoy the tutorial about short video in day one thank you for these top notch artists

The guest instructors throughout the summit know their stuff but not all are good teachers. The lack of ability to speed up the videos due to the chosen method of showing them killed it all. I don't want to watch another artist take 5 minutes to color in a tiny piece of their art and know the rest will take another hour and hope they will say something useful to me along the way. Even though this experience was free - my time is worth more. I hope you will take this into consideration for doing this again next year. Choose a video option that allows you to speed it up.

This is my final attempt to resolve this matter directly with Two Tap.

On July 8, 2026, I paid $59 for Order #43173 while Two Tap was promoting its upcoming September 2026 Summit. The offer and timing led me to believe that I was purchasing lifetime access to the upcoming 2026 Summit presentations and related materials.

My July 9 confirmation described my purchase as:

“Artist Vault – 30+ Videos, Lifetime Video Access, Full Course, 40+ Brushes, Exclusive bonuses.”

Neither that confirmation nor any disclosure presented to me stated that I was purchasing only an archive of a September 2025 event. The confirmation communicated lifetime access and access to everything included in the offer.

I was therefore surprised to discover that my 2026 registration was classified as a free pass and that Two Tap wanted an additional $79 for lifetime access to the 2026 Summit. Two Tap subsequently claimed that my $59 payment was for the September 2025 Summit archive.

That explanation is not credible or consistent with the transaction as it was presented. I would not knowingly have paid in July 2026 for a past event from September 2025, particularly when the advertised upcoming event was the September 2026 Summit. If the purchase was limited to a 2025 archive, that material limitation should have been stated clearly and conspicuously before payment and in the order confirmation. It was not.

I previously asked Two Tap to provide the exact sales-page language, screenshots, terms, or other disclosure showing that Order #43173 was limited to the September 2025 archive. Two Tap has not provided that evidence. My first website complaint received a generic response, and my second correspondence submitted through your website was dismissed or closed without a substantive reply.

I am attaching the supporting documentation, including:

My July 8, 2026 payment record for $59.
The July 9 order confirmation describing lifetime access
I require one of the following resolutions:

Provide the lifetime access to the September 2026 Summit that the advertising and confirmation reasonably represented; or
Issue a full refund of the $59 purchase price.
Please confirm the resolution in writing. If this matter is not resolved, I will dispute the charge with my credit-card issuer and submit complaints, for deceptive advertising practices, with the attached documentation, to:

The Federal Trade Commission through ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services.
The Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.
The consumer-protection authority in the state where Two Tap is registered or conducts business.
The Better Business Bureau.
Because I have lost confidence in Two Tap’s handling of my payment information and this transaction, I am also contacting my card issuer regarding the dispute, blocking any future Two Tap charges, and canceling or replacing the card.

I would prefer to resolve this directly, but I will proceed with the above actions, for deceptive advertising practices, if Two Tap again ignores, dismisses, or fails to substantively answer this complaint.

I look forward to Twotap over all other art workshops. The variety of artists and topics, skills levels and art styles makes it so enjoyable to watch. Also, navigating the site and tips along the way is very helpful.

The actual sessions are super informative and fun, but TwoTap’s structure and performance is lacking. It’s really frustrating that the sessions aren’t all available for 24 hours. Each day as a whole is available for 24 hours from the start of the day, meaning that the later sessions are only available for about 18. This is barely any time for free access. Also, some of the sessions are the exact same as last year (namely Freya’s own watercolor botanical class and her first of two (the overlap of which is also frustrating) effortless flower brush tutorials). It’s also annoying that Freya’s little intro to each session can’t be skipped or even sped up. Accessibility tools aren’t sufficiently accessible if they’re only offered sometimes. And lastly, despite TwoTap’s constant promotion of their points system, I never received points for completing lessons even though I completed multiple lessons on multiple days. Overall, a really disappointing experience despite the promising teachers and classes, and I got very little out of the summit other than a few brush packs.

Beautiful eyeopening brain jogging experience with all experienced artists

Awesome experience interacting with different artists across globe on the twotap summit 2026. Learnt many new things and how to get inspired, get inspiration from storyline , creating brushes, creating wreath and many more..... Love all of them.

There are a variety of courses within the Summit which makes it easy to find something you might be interested in learning. Watching artists' workflows and techniques has been a confidence booster for me, given I'm in the beginning stages of illustration. Moreover, there are many resources shared that will be helpful for the future.

I really learn alot from you

I have been with TwoTAP for a couple of years and have been learning with Freya for that time. I love that I can refer to the lessons anytime I want. Freya is very clear and easy to understand.

All lessons are so good. Artists are so experienced and taught us very well. I am happy to see English subtitles available this time than last year summit (which was not there). And all the videos are pre recorded which we can learn, pause and play / draw. Twotap summit, keep coming up.

I wanted to share my experience with a recent Procreate-focused art summit that’s been heavily advertised via Meta ads. This summit is specifically about digital illustration using Procreate, so I thought it would be valuable - but the VIP pass didn’t match the expectations set by the marketing.

1. Workshops vs full classes
Most of the sessions are short workshops or overviews, not full in-depth Procreate classes. If you’re expecting step-by-step, start-to-finish tutorials with deep technique breakdowns, that’s mostly not what you get.
The only one that felt more structured was Tom Froese’s session, but even that closely overlaps with content already available on Skillshare (with only small additions).

2. “VIP = lifetime access + high-value assets” (not really)
The main selling point is lifetime access + assets supposedly worth a large amount. In reality:

Almost all of the bonus materials are older resources created by Freya

They don’t feel newly created for this summit. 36 Ways to Turn Your Art Into Income course that is offered as the bonus is fully AI-written content. So the claimed monetary “value” feels very inflated compared to what’s actually included.

3. Assets from other artists = mostly their existing freebies
For many sessions, you’re asked to download assets from each artist’s own website to follow along. These are essentially the same freebies they already offer publicly — just gated behind email signups.
It feels less like a premium bundle and more like a large email list-building funnel for multiple artists.

4. Refund policy concern
There was originally a “7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee” on the sales page. After I requested a refund, that section was removed from the page. That was a big red flag for me personally.

After a confusing email exchange regarding a refund, I noticed something odd: the summit originally ran in September, but ads are still actively running now. I’m attaching a screenshot showing 15 active Meta ads (0–15 active range shown in the ads library). There is also conflicting information across different pages about what is included and what the guarantees are.

The volume of ongoing ads for a past summit, combined with inconsistent information across pages, doesn’t feel very transparent to me as a buyer.

The whole course and every single teacher does exactly the same in every video. The first video is Gabrielle with about 1 hr picking color to make a palette. The others it is ONLY the painting and drawing over and over again, to watch that, I can go to YouTube for free and so much better.

It´s the same videos as another summit, it´s just a replay of earlier videos that I also bought a lifetime pass for. I feel ripped off. I also made the mistake of adding a corse/bundle to my purchase and never gor a link or anything for that. How embarrassing. I DO NOT recommend.

Two taps is. MUch better than the one we used when I first started the course. I can see my course progress very easily. I canwork on my own time frame and can axcess the added material by going back to the classes since it is marked as undone.

Two tap was great I liked the way I could comment but its time consuming to login every time.

Easy transition from previous location. Good functionality
