Por volta de um mês atrás decidi pedir para fechar definitivamente e sem possibilidade deserreaberta de reabrir a minha conta. Infelizmente sei que tenho um problema com o jogo, o qual tenho tentado controlar. Hoje por desnorte mental decidi fazer login na minha conta da Twin, que não foi possível pois foi fechada mas ao contrário do que seria expectável recebi notificação a dizer para criar nova conta. Achei estranho pois foi pedido que fosse encerrada definitivamente sem possibilidade de reabertura. Meti o mesmo email que pedi para ser encerrada com todos os mesmos dados e foi aberta em menos de um minuto. Efetuei depósitos de 500€ em menos de 4 horas. A twin não assume responsabilidade dizendo que simplesmente a conta foi encerrada com aqueles dados que foram eliminados e que é sempre possível abrir outra conta com os mesmos dados. A justificação foi que pedi para ser encerrada e não bloqueada o que não concordo pois pedir para ser encerrada definitivamente sem possibilidade de reabertura e a mesma coisa. Pretendo que os depósitos sejam devolvidos.

Abri conta no dia 19-04-2025 (há 3 dias) e fiz a primeira aposta de 100€.
Como acertei a aposta, restringiram as apostas e só consigo apostar 5€ cada.
Esta empresa que opera a TWIN é a mesma que opera a LEON.
Como tal, eles só aceitam jogadores que percam dinheiro.
Bastou uma simples aposta para restringirem a conta.
A lata do agente é que disse que a Leon não tinha nada a haver com a TWIN mas tem (já tive o mesmo problema na LEON).
Por outro lado, não tem licença cá em Portugal, portanto não temos proteção.
Ao depositar 100€ também me cobraram 5€ em taxas.
Tentei retirar o dinheiro e começaram um processo de verificação ilegal: cópia do meu cartão de cidadão, morada, cartão bancário, selfie com o seguinte:
para fazer a captura de ecrã necessária, siga os passos abaixo:
1) No pedaço de papel, escreva a palavra "Twin" e a data atual.
2) Segure o pedaço de papel com a escrita numa mão.
3) Na outra mão, segure o seu bilhete de identidade.
4) Tire uma fotografia sua a segurar o papel com a palavra "Twin" e o seu BI junto à página da sua conta Twin.
O problema é que já fiz o processo 3 vezes e é sempre invalidado (não consigo ter uma mão com o cc, outra com um papel e outra que consiga tirara a foto a mim e ao pc de forma totalmente nítida como pretendem).

Já estou a ver que vão ficar com o meu dinheiro.

However when I requested my withdrawal they inform me that I added wrong bank details, I inform them that I copy pasted all details directly from my bank and it cant be wrong, they said request the withdrawal again and check if it works? I am unable to withdraw my funds, I deposited money through my VISA card with Revolut, I am trying to withdraw to the same bank without them letting me, they told me to choose another bank which I did and they cancelled the new bank as well, so this site is basically, you can deposit smoothly, but withdrawing money will just be problems.

During the day their payments team was quick cancelling my withdrawal, suddenly the customer service created a case regarding my withdrawal their payments team have not replied and its beeen 24 hours, this is all nothing but a scam, they want to delay it so the player lose the money (money is available on my account)

Endless verification and then lied. I uploaded all the documents it asked for but then after I tried to withdrawal of course they asked for more. Which is typical tactic for these sites so that was no suprise. I would upload a document and if it was accepted I would get an email asking for another document, if it was not accepted i would get an email saying it was too blurry or whatever reason the document was denied. So security department was accepting or denying the documents almost instantly. Finally after 3 days of sending documents I get an email saying thanks we will review your documents and this process can take up to 30 days. This is BS because the documents were being reviewed as they were submitted and this was even stated by the live chat agent as she said "I am just in between you and the security department, and they reviewed the document and said it was not approved for such reasons" So the documents have already been reviewed and now they are holding my $1000 hostage for up to 30 days, which im sure will never come. Avoid the site, clearly they have no morals or standards.

Vous ne récupérerez jamais votre argent, ils vous demandent des justificatif à n’en plus finir (RIB, carte d’identité, photo de vous avec vous CNI devant votre compte, relevé de compte bancaire, photo de votre carte bancaire, justificatif de domicile) résultat même après tout ça ça ne va pas encore ! Étonnement ils ne vous demandent pas toutes ces informations pour déposer de l’argent mais pour le retirer c’est une autre histoire ! NE METTEZ PAS D’ARGENT SUR CE SITE !!
