Great job with fitting of new windows
Great job with fitting of new windows, bifold doors, front door and lantern. The whole process from selecting in the showroom, admin follow through and fitting went well and we are delighted with the result. We selected TVW on recommendation and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you for making our house look good and draft free!

Good quality and installed on time
Very happy with the quality of the Windows and installation. Only problem was that I asked them if I could change the handles several times in the process and I kept getting fibbed off and it was never done.

Dear Mr Donahue
Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We apologise for the issues you have experienced regarding changing your handles.
We take all feedback very seriously and have reviewed your installation and email communication with our installation manager to see where we can improve.
With the current situation and reduced workforce over the last few months, it would appear that your request has slipped through our system.
Our installation manager processed an order for the replacement handles this week, and when they arrive, we will be in contact to arrange a date to change at no additional cost?
We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the overall look and installation of the windows, and thank you for your patience.
Best wishes

I had to wait some months for the installation of my glass door with side window but when it was installed I realised it was well worth the wait. The strong wood frames and window look very smart and cannot be faulted and the workmanship is first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending the service.

A second beautiful job
TVW fitted a large bow window for me to match my existing windows. I chose them because years ago they fitted a conservatory having improved on my design and I have been extremely pleased with it. The window was well up to their previous work and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Another good job!
This is the second installation carried out by TVW at our house, and we're happy to say it went just as well as the first.
The installation team worked very hard, and were very good at listening to our requirements in terms of which order the windows should be replaced, which they accommodated without fuss.
The fit and finish is excellent throughout, and the quality of the product is also excellent. Although you can never say that this process would not be disruptive in some ways, it was certainly much better than we had expected. All was left clean and tidy afterwards. A first class service from design to installation from all at TVW, and extremely good value too. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great family run and owned business - super high quality and great service
We had a really great experience with Thames Valley Windows. They are a family run and owned company and it really shows. Very thorough survey to make sure that everything was going to go smoothly. Really good communications about when our windows would be available, and planning ahead to the installation. The installation itself was so clean - not a speck of anything left, and other than the fact that they were brand spanking new, you couldn't tell that the windows had just been put in and old ones ripped out.
