Christmas gift
My order was lost but The Vine were very helpful and sent another straight away. Wasn't their fault it was lost with Royal Mail. Very happy with purchase for a Christmas present will buy from here again

Fantastic experience with amazing clothing at a fair price. The customer service was fenomenal and has a great community around it. Would absolutely recommend for any skateboarding or clothing needs!

Dry robe
My dry was lost in the post, but they did send me another one without a fuss. The robe is well made with quality materials and is nice and warm. Winter water sports are about to get a whole lot warmer!

I ordered the medium towelling robe but it was too small. They kindly sent the larger size really quickly and answered all my questions. I will buy from them again. Great service and the robe is so cozy.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Although the wrong size was initially sent to me, on phoning them and explaining and also that the item was needed quickly as a birthday present, they went out of their way to put this right. They rushed through the replacement order (which had been out of stock), keeping me advised of when the item was sent out and checking I had received it. Item received well in advance of the time needed. Very friendly and efficient service, both on the phone and by email.

They politely let me keep the skate bearings … top class customer service!!! Thank you!!!!!
