After initial difficulty getting in touch over an exchange I have received a phone call today apologising for the confusion - they are sending out a replacement today in time for my holiday and happy to receive the return when I get back plus they have very generously offered a 30% discount too! I bought a few things as a present for my daughter's DnB DJ boyfriend. He loved them but I'd got the sizing wrong. The customer service team were beyond helpful. I had a few problems with the return but they were incredibly patient helping to work out the problems. And so incredibly flexible in arranging for exchanges, especially when the size Ollie wanted wasn't in stock and we needed to change the order. Such a refreshing change to talk to real people who care about the customer experience and want their brand to succeed. So, great clothes and fabulous service. Thank you.

Such great customer service. I bought earrings for my daughter in January but kept them for her birthday in March but when she tried them one wouldn’t close, I contacted customer service, they were so helpful, arranged a returns label and sent me a new pair within a short time, they kept me up to date.
Earrings arrived today and they are gorgeous.
All round great company to deal with.

I ordered for the first time and then the next day they were offering an extra discount so I emailed since my order hadn’t shipped yet. Unfortunately there was a mix up and my item was no longer in stock however cs team was super helpful and got me the right size plus offered to honour the discount and threw in a lil something for the delay! I will be shopping here again

Absolutely over the moon with the service I've received!!! I had a very specific request - I was trying to buy a cap that was sold out :D I just tried my luck and emailed Aries Arise. And instead of simply saying "no, we don't have it", they put an effort and found one for me. The communication was quick and so helpful. They aimed at sending my order on Monday (30.09) but they couldn't make it that day so they added one more free hat as an apology!!! I've never seen anything like that before!! Yesterday (1.10) I received my order and was stunned how beautiful my items were ;)))) I would 10000000% recommend this company, not only for the quality of their products but also their service. I ordered a top and some stock issues meant they weren't able to fulfill the order, or the second one I made. So they sent me a free gift! Really blown away by how nice they are. Their clothes are great quality too. Highly recommend.

They immediately acknowledged the issue, offered a solution, and processed a replacement right away.
They even refunded the shipping cost without me having to ask again.

I’ve bought clothes from Aries for years, I love their designs, the fit and the collabs. I recently had a long and boring story involving a suit for a wedding and, in short, they were just brilliant at getting me what I needed when I needed. Really personal touch from a brand that presumably has far better things to do than sorting out the needs of one of their many customers.
