Phoned TV Arial Co and was quickly given a slot for the next day saying engineer would phone to confirm 30 min prior to appointment time. As advised Raymond phoned to confirm and arrived as discussed , Quickly resolved the problem and finally checked all the TV's were working as they should. All carried out in a polite and professional manner.
Would certainly recommend this company and would use again with no hestitation. Well done Raymond

Had Raymond in fitting new aerial and splitter. Excellent job.

Excellent service from customer service and Engineer. Showed pictures of the Faults we had with existing aerial. Gave a professional estimate of the work required. A new aerial and fittings with new cables fitted. Would highly recommend company and thanks Engineer Tom Walks.

I had a problem with my signal . Which comes from a communal aerial. Despite being a leaseholder the Council is responsible for repairs to this. To cut a long story short they did nothing. I got this firm in to help. I turns out the cable had been vandalised. The engineer attended my property, discovered the fault and repaired it efficiently and effectively, ensuring all my TV services were working correctly before he left. I thought this was done at a very reasonable cost. Andy , the engineer, was brilliant , and made sure was working correctly before he left.

TV aerial had snapped off and was resting dangerously on the edge of my house roof. A professional job: replacing with a digital aerial; removal of the old aerial from the roof, though not from my property. Telephone enquiry woman and man who had to climb over the roof tiles (next door's car port made a straightforward ladder ascent impossible )
explained the costs in advance. Wasn't cheap: the 'diagnostic' charge of £59 was more akin to a call out fee since all I wanted to know was the cost of taking the old aerial down and the cost of a digital replacement.

I called in the evening and Ricky S came the morning after. He quickly identified the issue with the connections and was able to rectify and explained what he was doing. I recently had new carpet also so appreciated he wore covers on his shoes. Great service and quick and reasonable price. Very happy.

Phoned up this afternoon and we had the to mounted on the wall 3 hours later as there was an engineer in our area already.

Lappin was friendly and helpful, taking care to hide cables and more than happy to answer any of our questions. Overall great experience.

Rip off company , was given a quote of £510 (quote ref no 630332), to simply extend the height of our satellite dish due to trees. Local company contacted and charged £80.
Keep away from this company.

Raymond came out and fixed our aerial. He wore his mask and respected our property. He is a lovely man and I will be using this company again. Thanks very much Raymond

I was charged £1500 for a simple LED install. Do you think it is logical?

I feel scammed. I feel betrayed. I would have given you excellent reviews and referred you to my other friends, but you lost my trust.

Can you please give me any logical reason for charging £1500 for an LED TV install? That too when your guys did nothing except fixing the LG brakcet on the wall?

Will you be able to sleep peacefully fleecing customers like this?

Mark B came over the same day and replaced my satellite dish and LNB. He removed the old bracket and attached the dish directly to the wall to reduce any movement. Have no complaints at all. He was friendly and the job was completed quickly and professionally. Will definitely use again.

The service was excellent, tided cctv cables outside and took of old cable on roof also got my cctv camera no 4 working again, Darren Smith the installer was REALLY GOOD AND HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

The arial installer replaced both my satellite dish and TV arial . He then spent a hour sorting both my freesat and Freeview boxes . Jason MC gave excellent service and my recommendation is based mostly on how well he performed

Avoid this company at all costs, i had an aerial replaced in july and they quoted prices on phone excluding vat and then over charge for an aerial replacement labour costs are extortionate had they been transparent with their prices from beginning I would never have got them out. They said they would waiver fees for call out which is still not good enough for a 5 minute job. Rip off merchants if I can give minus stars it be minus 5. AVOID!!!

We had excellent service at all times. The appointment was very easy to arrange and they would have come on the day we phoned if that had been convenient for us. We were told that we would be phoned when the engineer was on his way and the phone call duly arrived, as did John who couldn’t have been more helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was friendly and polite at all times. He even managed to tell us that our equipment was too old to be functioning properly in a polite way!
He sorted the problem out for us, making sure we understood what needed to be done, what the options were and what each option would cost. He then left us to make up our mind about which option to go for, without any pressure. He was able to replace our aerial and booster without a further visit being necessary.
We couldn’t have asked for a better service.

John attended site within 4 hours of me calling. He assessed the situation and discovered that the dish had been damaged and therefore recommended getting the dish repaired before fitted. It is refreshing to work with a company with honesty and integrity, it is a shame that the builders had the same amount of honesty to tell us about the damage.

Immediate excellent and very efficient service. Nothing too much trouble, despite being a difficult job.
