I saw this jewellery brand in a shop in Lytham but didn’t have time to stop and purchase. Went on line to order and the process was easy and delivery fast. This is lovely gold coloured dress jewellery. I’ve been looking for a while but most golds I’ve seen look quite brash and this was a beautiful toned down gold look. Worn twice since purchase so will be good to see how well it lasts without tarnishing. So far so good !

Chancers! Do not order if outside UK. I purchased a pair of earrings that cost 24 pounds - they charged 12 pounds delivery to Ireland - then I got a request to pay 11.69euro import duty. The earrings now cost 60euro - for costume jewellery! I questioned the import tax and was told that it was in the small print!!!
Awful experience- down 60euro and an ok pair of costume earrings.

I have bought a number of bracelets and earrings from Tutti and Co. Absolutely beautiful jewellery. Excellent quality and gorgeous designs. It’s my go-to company for presents and treats for myself now.
I had a problem with one of the bracelets and after sending an email, I got a reply from Jenny, within a couple of hours informing me that new bracelet is being sent out. Excellent service!

I recently made a purchase from Tutti & Co. My experience fell far short of expectations. Firstly, the item I received did not match what was advertised online. Despite ordering a gold piece, what arrived was silver. When I reached out to Tutti & Co. regarding this discrepancy, they nonchalantly mentioned that their gold items feature a "soft gold plating," which translates to a far cry from the vibrant yellow gold depicted in their images. This lack of transparency is disappointing to say the least.

beyond this, the quality of the products I received varied significantly within the same order. While one pair of earrings was nicely crafted and seemed durable, another pair felt flimsy and cheaply made. This inconsistency in quality further adds to my disillusionment with Tutti & Co.'s offerings.

My experience with Tutti & Co. has been disappointing. Their failure to accurately represent the metals they are using (i.e. gold vs silver), and the significant variation in quality within the same order leave much to be desired. As a consumer, honesty and consistency are paramount, and unfortunately, Tutti & Co. has fallen short on both fronts. I wish I could say that their customer service was better, but it was a time consuming let down.
