Worst customer service. I received my package on March 5th and I noticed that the gold tone of the jewelry was a bit darker for my taste. So I wanted to get a refund because I know I wouldnt wear it. I sent them an email on March 19th because they have a 30 day return. I sent an email directly to their customer service email and fast forward April 5th. No response from them. I even DM them on IG to get their attention. We spoke briefly but they did not mention anything about my refund. If you're going to buy jewelries from them just know that youre not going to get a refund if you return them. Fyi

They made me feel very special and were very thoughtful about finding the right jewelry that fits me. I will 100% be buying from them again. And the jewelry fits me for every occasion ☺️☺️

I honestly never thought I'd get incredibly nice jewelry until I was chosen for a special deal, one that I'm glad I decided to take! I had a very wonderful experience with their customer service, especially when I almost ran into problems with purchasing. They were very kind, and checked in with me when I had these problems, and all in all, I'm very happy to have experienced such a kind service.

The jewelry they sell is also very gorgeous, and even more gorgeous in person! I highly recommend them, even if you're just buying jewelry as a gift!

I love the pieces that I bought. They suit me so well! Every piece of jewelry was so perfect. To add to that it arrived pretty quick. Easy to track and packaged well. I've worn my accessories with a lot of outfits and my favorite by far is the chain ring with purple diamonds and the hoop earrings mix metal. The price is so worth it, because the products hold up well when wet and don't cause any issues when worn. Again gorgeous jewelry, durable and pretty water resistant. And my ring has gotten stuck on my clothes, not ones did the any piece of it break off. It's unlike any other jewelry I've bought because of how unique each one is. I also really love the gold necklace with the red heart on it. I highly recommend for anyone hesitating to buy some to get some. You won't regret it! ❤️

haven’t gotten to wear them yet to see about how well they hold up, but the jewelry is super cute and they always respond super fast on instagram. it didn’t have tracking but it came in less than a week :)

I ordered two rings, a pair of earrings, two bracelets, and a necklace. It took about a month for them to arrive, and I never received the earrings and one of the rings I purchased, but I love the items I did receive. I would still purchase from them again :).
