Very friendly, prompt and flexible service. Quick follow up, 7 days a week.

From the moment Willa sent us her suggestions for our holiday we felt so looked after and heard. She was brilliant at ensuring all our requests were incorporated into the holiday and really went the extra mile to ensure we had the most magical time. Turquoise were excellent - from ensuring we were in the speedy line at immigration at our destination, to sorting gala dinners, they were amazing. We've already booked our next holiday with Turquoise for later in the year.

Flights, transfers, accommodation, staff and food all excellent.

Two minor observations-

1) Male airport baggage re-claim was chaotic
2) Wine within the all inclusive drinks package was below the quality we would have expected

We booked a holiday in the Maldives with Martha in Dec 2025, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have passed her name and Turquoise Holiday details on to friends and said we would definitely book with them again.
Also helpful were Lottie and Bella, who helped us with the digital travel information before we went.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff and very efficient

We have used Turquoise since our honeymoon in 2016. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and ensure we have booked great holidays anytime we have gone thru them. The latest in December was no exception.

Lovely break staff fantastic and sorry to have to leave

We used Turquoise to book our honeymoon in November 2025 and would highly recommend them! Sophie was so helpful in putting together an itinerary, taking time to listen to what we wanted and making sure that everything was within budget. We had the most amazing time, which was completely stress free as every step was organised for us.

Turquoise Holidays were brilliant from start to finish in helping me to organise a family holiday to the Caribbean over Christmas 2025.
Mandy suggested location and accommodation based on my requirements and then organised our flights, hotel and passed on our request for trips to the Concierge department.
Bella in the Concierge department organised trips, restaurants and spa treatments direct with the hotel giving us peace of mind that we wouldn't miss out during a busy holiday period.
We were provided with details of an app to view all our holiday documents and follow up emails to ensure everything was in order before we went. We also received a follow up call on the day after we returned and I was able to pass back feedback on the holiday.

Everything was as promised.

Super helpful team; always on hand to answer questions. Really listened to what we were looking for in a trip as a family and provided great options from which to choose. A very seamless experience from start to finish. Will definitely use again!

Sophie Barton was our first point of contact and cannot empathise enough how helpful she was as was Bella. We actually booked our holiday quite late but the service was excellent. Sophie was able to answer all the questions I had and managed to booked the hotel that was our preferred choice. The hotel we chose was excellent and we loved everyday we spent in Mauritius. I think we might go back later this year and stay in another part of the island. Overall a great experience.

Recently returned from a trip to Mexico, the Turquoise rep when booking found a small, friendly and all inclusive destination, which fitted our requirements perfectly. When we arrived it lived up to all our expectations and exceeded in some instance. All credit to Lyndsey at Turquoise.

The service in general has been amazing. Ben and especially Lottie. They were very responsive. Not only were they quick to respond , when they do, it was thorough and genuine. I never felt rushed or given half a respond because they couldn’t bother ( unlike most sale reps from other companies I came across).
In particular it was Ben once and Lottie I booked multiple trips with, including Maldives and SA Safari. For her great service, I was confident in referring her to friends and family whom subsequently booked a trip with her as well.
Lottie greatly represent the Turquoise company to me. I can’t speak enough of how great she is.

Visiting the Maldives has always been on our bucket list of holiday destinations, we decided to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary there in October 2025. Not knowing where to start with so many resorts we turned to ‘The Turquoise Holiday Company’ for advice. Milly Clarke was our advisor, we said what a dream holiday could look like for us and she recommended Dhigali Maldives. We went backwards and forwards with dates and accommodation and Milly with her extensive knowledge of The Maldives as a destination was able to guide us on weather and all inclusive options as well as snorkelling and diving. Milly suggested splitting our nights there between a beach villa and a water villa, so that we could have the ‘full’ experience. Dhigali itself is nothing short of paradise, the GM Christian and absolutely every team member we met went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. To our surprise they decorated our room on our actual anniversary, leaving champagne and treats in the room. My husband is a very ‘picky’ eater, but we enjoyed a huge variety of culinary tastes there and the chefs would always have several meat options to bbq/grill so he was extremely happy. The hardest decision to make each day was ‘which way shall we walk around the island’. I/we feel blessed to have been able to experience paradise. We stayed for 10 nights, next time we go back we hope to plan for 21. We feel we have visited heaven on earth, thanks to Milly and ‘the Turquoise Holiday Company’. Thank you, cannot wait to return.

We honestly cannot imagine a more perfect honeymoon than our time at Six Senses Laamu in the Maldives — it truly felt like the best place on earth. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawlessly organised by Turquoise, and we felt completely looked after every step of the way.
Milly planned the trip to absolute perfection, and her knowledge of the island and advice were flawless! Lottie seamlessly picking things up when Milly went on maternity leave, and Bella was an absolute superstar when it came to organising restaurant reservations and experiences. They really are an impressive team. Everything ran effortlessly — all we had to do was relax and enjoy every second. We were also welcomed on arrival with fizz, chocolates, and a beautiful fruit platter, which set the tone perfectly.
The resort itself was beyond anything we could have imagined. Our overwater lagoon villa was pure heaven: jumping straight into the crystal-clear water, surrounded by rays, sharks, turtles and the most extraordinary marine life, was simply unreal. The outdoor glass bath, rooftop terrace, and evening gin and tonics watching the sun set were unforgettable — take us back!
The food was world class. Each of the four restaurants offered something completely different and equally special — from all-you-can-eat Asian and Mediterranean nights, to fresh lobster BBQs on the beach, and a very special private sunken dinner in the sand with exceptional food and wine, just the two of us. Every meal felt like an occasion. And don’t get me started on breakfast and the pancakes… I think we had a different sea creature in pancake form every day!!
Snorkelling became a daily ritual for us, often guided by the island’s marine biologist. The diversity of sea life and the island’s commitment to conservation completely blew us away — we saw so much, and came back from each snorkel absolutely buzzing (usually followed by celebratory cocktails!). Also seeing turtles hatching was a moment we will never forget.
The experiences were equally unforgettable: a sunset dolphin cruise where we saw countless dolphins, complete with champagne and canapés; a sunrise dhoni cruise with pastries and — of course — more champagne; and an incredible wine tasting with the sommelier that was sensory, surprising, and unlike anything we’ve ever done (at one point we genuinely thought red wine was white!). The spa was also a highlight — two blissful massages in serene pods overlooking the ocean left us completely relaxed.
Above all, the staff at Six Senses Laamu were exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble. And Milly, Lottie, and Bella’s attention to detail in organising the trip made this a honeymoon of a lifetime. We are already planning our return!!

Our flight home was booked for 2 days after we should have returned, an error by the lady we booked with. This only became apparent the day before we thought we were departing which caused a great deal of anxiety! We did get booked on our scheduled return flight but had to sit a long way apart from each other. Not ideal on a 7 hour flight….. we did get an apology but this never should have happened.

I was verry impressed with Lottie Supple's professionalism. She was extremely efficient and quick to respond to any questions. I also thought Bella from Concierge services did an excellent job in looking after all our needs.
I will definitely be using Turquoise Holidays again!
