An exceptional company
Our first visit to The Maldives and Turquoise made it all the more extraordinary. Very attractively priced and a superb resort, The Six Senses Laamu, but the key was the quite exceptional client service we received.
Easy access to staff, almost immediate response and a very impressive App. I have not received better.
I would unhesitatingly recommend Turquoise.

Another great Turquoise Holiday
Yet again a great experience provided by Turquoise. Booking experience with Katie was a pleasure with quick responses to any queries. In country, all the arrangements went like clockwork. A really nice mix of places, venues and guides and excursions.
Highlights - The grand Mosque in Muscat was fantastic. Guide between Chedi and through to the Alila was exceptional (Mashal). We also thought our suite upgrade at Chedi was really good but even this was surpassed by Alila - truly fantastic.
Lowlights - the Business class flights with Oman was a little disappointing with very hit and miss meal and drinks services. Jumeirah was OK but a bit too big and corporate for us

Wouldn’t book with anyone else
I honestly can’t recommend Turquoise highly enough. We have recently returned from our second holiday with them. The first was affected by the fire at Heathrow in 2025. Last week we arrived at Heathrow to find that our flight to Doha was suspended due to Iran bombing Qatar. On both occasions Turquoise quickly revised our travel plans so we didn’t lose our holiday. Last week, whilst everyone else around us in Heathrow were left to fend for themselves and unable to get hold of their travel agents, within half an hour Turquoise had reserved alternative flights for us at no extra cost. They kept us fully updated throughout the day as they planned the changes, reassuring us we were in professional hands! They also made back up return flight plans, which we ended up using as the conflict was still continuing. Again, we left several people in the resort that had no idea how and when they would be able to get home. Turquoise are also very price competitive and we will only look to make our long haul holiday plans through them in the future.

Individualised tailored holidays
Individualised, tailored holidays. Mandy took time to understand what we wanted from our holiday and came up with different suggestions, which she then adapted to our requirements. When flights were cancelled the team were quick to come up with a solution that actually made the journey home easier.
The concierge service was so friendly and helpful and ensured we had the trips we wanted booked before we left.
I am grateful for the wonderful family holiday they put together for us.

Great Service From Turquoise Holidays
This is our 8th holiday we have booked with Turquoise and once more the service was excellent. This trip was to Singapore and Thailand and the hotels Antony recommended were great as always and exactly what we like. You get a good service at a fair price and their staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. I also love their APP which is useful and easy to use.

Maldives 2026
Turquoise were so helpful and organised! We wanted to book a trip to the Maldives to celebrate my 60th birthday. After us telling them what we liked they suggested an island that would suit us and it was perfect in fact I can’t wait to go back! They kept us informed of all the plans and everything was perfect! Wonderful from start to finish
From an enquiry about booking and all the way through the process we couldn’t fault the service. We probably asked a lot of questions (sorry!) but nothing was too much trouble. The hotel recommended was amazing and just what we wanted. It’s just a shame we had to come home! We’ve booked a few times now via Turquoise and the hotels and service are always fantastic.

Turquoise deliver first class service
The Turquoise holiday experience has to be experienced to be appreciated. Their attention to the things you want out of a holiday and then turn those into a selection of top class resorts is of great value to the clients. Planning is always meticulous and they are always there to help you along the way. This is something like our 15th holiday trip with Turquoise and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Next trip already on the horizon. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Honeymoon Booking Experience
Martha and Lottie were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience booking our dream honeymoon to St. Lucia. They were responsive, helpful, kind, and very organized. Staff very helpful with my last minute booking, sending us to Bequia which we loved. Hotel was nearly perfect except the bathroom needed upgrading.
