For nearly 5 years, we have been dedicated to one clear mission: helping young adults across the UK successfully locate and access their 'lost' Child Trust Funds (CTFs). Our dedicated team of specialists is here to manage the entire administrative journey for you, taking the stress and guesswork out of the search. We liaise directly with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and all potential CTF providers on your behalf to identify where your money is and guide you on the next steps to access it. Our Commitment to Transparency We believe in being completely upfront about our service and our fees. A Paid, Optional Service: It is important to know that you can search for your Child Trust Fund for free by contacting HMRC directly. Our service is an optional alternative for those who prefer a fully managed process with dedicated support from our experienced team. Our 'No Win, No Fee' Promise: We operate on a 'No Win, No Fee' basis. This means you will only ever be charged for our service if we successfully locate your fund. If we cannot find it, you do not pay anything. Clear Fee Structure: Our fee is a percentage of the total funds located, plus VAT. All charges are clearly detailed in our Terms and Conditions, which every client must read and agree to via a digital signature before we commence any work. There are no hidden costs or surprises. Brilliant communication

Didnt know I had a trust fund until I had gotten in touch with Turner Lewis. Samuel was great on the phone and had helped me access and withdraw a nice sum of money within 15 minutes.

Very happy with the service and thank you so much Samuel.

absolutely horrible service

absolutely horrible service, wasn’t informed at all that i had to pay any percentage as its literally a FREE payment from MYGOV website, i’m borderline homeless and only get paid £180 a month, can barely afford to feed myself each month and they’re demanding money from me that i don’t have, completely destroying a freshly 20 year olds financial state, stay away from this company unless u wanna get tied into a contract that deliberately hides certain fees and tricks

Deeply concerning that this company is…

Deeply concerning that this company is charging £420 to find the CCF which is very easy to find !
Every single one of these 5 star reviews I've just flicked through have been scammed and conned out of a considerable amount of money and I note they are ' prompted' reviews from young adults probably just turned 18 who have not been correctly advised or guided.
It is FREE to get the information about your trust fund !
I am a parent and I fortunately found out that my son asked this company to find the fund and I have seen the letter and ' bill' for £420! The unbelievable cheek that they ask to see sight of what you get!
The government 18 years ago set this scheme up to help young people at the start of their adult life. I was keeping this as a surprise for my son starting uni as he is a late birthday so only a few weeks in-between 18 and start of uni.
It is scandalous and so wrong that young people are signing up to this because they don't have the right parent support or any one else to help.
Believe me
Its so easy to find this out yourself!
After ringing the company and giving them a piece of my mind they said he didn't have to pay as long as I can prove we already knew.
I'm keeping this review up incase there is any monkey business as you will NOT rip off my son and unlawfully take half his CTF
Money that the government invested for you 18 years ago !

Good Afternoon,
We advise before clients sign up and within the terms and conditions that there is a free service available.
We also advise of our fees for the service and also that an Admin fee applies for 'already claimed' funds.
This is all outlined before sign up and within the terms and conditions.
As previously stated, clients have to confirm they have read and accepted the terms before moving forward, they also must confirm they acknowledge they confirm they are entering into a legally binding contract and that they have read the statements which outline fees and other services.
As your son had not advised he previously knew where the funds were, this is why the invoice was issued.
As per our terms, once confirmed we amended this to the advised Admin fee.
