I reached out to Turbo Cash before my first payment was even due, simply asking about options for a temporary payment arrangement. Instead of a normal response, I received a reply threatening “further legal action” and stating that requesting a change this early “can be considered fraudulent activity” - for what was just a polite request, not a missed payment or default.
After that, my follow-up messages were ignored entirely. No response, no resolution, nothing.
I went on to make several payments successfully and stayed current on the loan, then reached out again about payment options - and was still ignored, even with a track record of paying on time.
If you’re considering borrowing from Turbo Cash, be aware that even a reasonable, good-faith question about payment options can be met with threatening language rather than actual customer service, regardless of your payment history. I would not recommend this lender based on my experience.

Off the bat I understand obligations and working for a resolve and taking care of my responsibilities /commitments. That being said, I have been trying to make them understand that I have been off work since January, and I have since had to nullified our PAD agreement( last resort)because no matter what even me asking for leniency with refinancing my loan and/or pay frequency change to monthly, This man,
Travis Canon Collections Manager, would ignore my requests and either give me a lump sum ( negotiable) payment or lessening my payments.
I would get 5-9 emails a day as a generic pay this or else type deal( *if there isn't a name attached to the spam replying to those are a waste of time.)**
I am on private insurance through my work that pays me monthly at 60%. I am a provider for my household and have other commitments like groceries and hydro for my children and couldn't forsee my injuries happening.
I have emails to prove the aggressiveness of this man. He told me I will continue to get multiple spam emails until I pay that off. I have never dealt with this level of disconnect from the human experience from working with clients when they become down and out.
I did my research and they could have worked with me but chose not to.
And if we can't foresee the future, this is a terrible company to work with. I was able to pay this off today, and all I got was I received it, not thank you, or I'm sorry you are struggling.
Please give yourself a second guess before applying for a loan from them, the interest rate is high and customer service is lacking the human touch if knock on wood, a tragedy were to happen,. There are quite better places that will work with you.
If I can at least help one person this is worth it!

So I applied for a second loan with this company. I got approved and then I ran into financial difficulty. I explained the situation to them. I made a payment arrangement. They would not accept it so they are now sending my file to collections. Please do not ever borrow from this company.
