I would have to say that after reading these reviews Im feeling I got scammed big time. I ordered their book December 2025 and have not received it. You know when you pay $60.00 for a book that for most of us out here cant afford that amount you'd think they would have better customer service support. But no you get to worry and wonder until finally you reach out to them for news or updates about the order. It's just ridiculous! have reached out many times now with them responding back with a Q4 shipment and now a Q2 for next year. If they wanted to make money they sure are doing a bad go of it.
One good book order would deserve many more so keep that in mind Tune&Fairweather while you are jerking people around you're losing credibility very quickly so it better be worth it to you. One day you will not have any customers. It sure has not been worth it for the rest of us. And for all who are reading I wish you Good Luck!
Because so far I feel scammed out of $60.00 and now my grandson never got his 2025 Christmas present.

I ordered from Tune and Fairweather before reading the reviews because I loved the item so much. Upon reading the reviews I got a bit worried thinking I’d walked into a scam as everyone was saying the customer service was awful and others items took ages to arrive etc.

This was not my experience at all, I am in the UK and ordered on Mon 27th July and it was on my doorstep by Thurs 30th July. Super speedy delivery and it came all the way from the Netherlands.

The item is in perfect condition, is beautiful, and incredibly well made. I have no complaints and I wouldn’t let some of the poor reviews put you off ordering from this company.

Horrible experience and I still don’t have the book. My girlfriend ordered Grace Given as a Christmas gift for me in November since it was expected in Q4. It never came and they didn’t send her any updates until she reached out, they claimed there was an issue and had to be reprinted but they were in the US now and would be shipping shortly. No updates and we see on instagram an ad stating US orders are now shipping in March. They claimed they didn’t anticipate the high demand and that they instantly sold out, which makes no sense this was a pre order that they have had since November. We had to reach out again to customer service and the last update we received was that it would be here mid-April and guess what? It’s still not here. I’ve genuinely never had a worse customer service experience in my life. Oh and they are deleting comments on instagram.

I'm sure the books are excellent quality, but I've never seen one. Ordered a softcover book back in September as a gift with zero follow-up beyond whenever I actively checked their page, the book in question had "TBD" as the release date - I can appreciate issues beyond the control of T&F and tried to be mindful of this as the order remained active, but it's been six months with zero updates on their end about it - I finally emailed them, and did get a friendly and fast response, but the absolute radio silence about why nothing was happening UNTIL I actively chased them about issues half a year later was frustrating - I received a promotional email apologising for delays about an unrelated (but more recent and expensive) book, but it's 100% put me off ordering from them

I have order 2 books from them, the first one some years ago had no issue and was perfect, the second one had some problem on delivery (not their fault), but the customer service was quick to answer me and offer a solution.

I ordered the softcover edition of Grace Given in July of 2025 as a gift for my boyfriend who loves Elden Ring. Shipping estimate was Q3 or 3rd quarter. Later, without any contact from the company I checked the shipping status and it now said Q4. After waiting another few months I reached out asking about the delay and if there was any way they would be shipped for Christmas. I received a generic response that their team was working on getting them through customs and they hoped they would get shipped at the end of December. This company is borderline scamming their customers and not delivering the products ordered. I wouldn't order from them again.

Ordered Grace Given for Elden Ring and the shipping info has been saying “at the shippers warehouse” for a week now. They don’t have a phone number, only an email and I have already wrote to them 3 times and no answer.
UPDATE: They finally answered and sent the item which is with me now. Apparently more orders they could handle and everything got delayed. I think they need to hire more people at customer service and get faster in answering to issues otherwise people are left in limbo wondering what is happening with their purchase

Both books ordered are immaculate but there was a little damage to one to which once this was raised a replacement was sent immediately. An absolute pleasure and breath of fresh air of customer service, will be ordering again.

Ordered Blood Echoes: A Bloodborne Anthology as a gift for my husband. I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews, but my friend got his Elden Ring book without any problems, so I decided to give it a try.

I bought it on September 24 and received it on September 27 - fast delivery and immaculate quality of the book!

Absolutely terrible, ordered the dark souls abyss book....3 months later i try to refund my order because at this point im upset.. get told orders are going to start shipping out in a week, waited another 2 weeks..stillllll no tracking info or it being shipped period....on the plus side i did end up getting a refund in the end, also customer support is insanely bad, it takes forever to respond and the 3 times i used it the people that contacted me might aswell have been bots. The point of the story is...do not use this company at all.

Ordered a book last year just to see if it would arrive and it did. So we ordered two more for my son’s Birthday. This time it has accrued shipping costs that is nearly as much as one book! When I sent an email to the seller I had a response that said they don’t have time to have warehouses or box the goods so it’s outsourced so all shipping costs are at the buyers expense. So I had a choice pay the shipping cost or get a refund. So refund it is. I will go to small claims if I don’t receive my refund. I’m so mad 😡
No more orders will be coming from us.

Placed an order in October for a product scheduled to be shipped in January. I paid nearly $300 for my order. Here we are in mid-March and I haven’t received a single update from this company on production (they literally never sent a single email except order confirmation), and the product page now lists expected fulfillment to be Q2 2025, which I must say, I doubt. Good luck receiving anything you pre-order from this brand or receiving any honest upfront communication about changing timelines. The one thing I can compliment them on is a prompt refund when requested.

Great service and the product itself is outstanding. Had an issue with UPS during shipment and the seller quickly sent a replacement on the same day they were made aware of the issue. Highly recommend

It's just a scam, there is nothing else to say sadly.

This company is probably a scam. My son ordered soul arts in july and we have heard nothing. He sent mails and gets fussy replies. I also noted that they charged the card at once, without completing shipping. This is illegal in my country.
