There should be no stars for this sham company. Don’t ever buy anything at Lindlook. They never shipped my order from 4 months ago and never responded to follow up emails. Karma Will get them
Worst clothes ever- look nothing like the pictures- cheap material and poorly sewn- I ordered two shirts- one was uneven and just plain ugly- the other was also poor quality fabric and they sent the wrong size- took two months to get them and no one responds when you try to see how to send them back for a refund- zero customer service- don’t Order anything from them
My order came in one month ! I live in Canada so I shipped on U.S mail box address! I was so excited to pick up parcel drove all the way , when I opened the package, I felt disappointed and disgust, The quality was very poor I won’t what are you do again ever from lindlook clothing ! Waste of money and time ! It looks so nice on the picture ! But actually they are not !
OMG, I too wish I had looked. The instructions says return in 30 days, to the address on the original package, which I did, paid another 16 dollars and have sent multiple emails, THEY IGNORE YOU! the clothing is poor quality, thin and the sizes are not even close to the size you order. SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUY CANADIAN OR AMERICAN. I too did not see it was from China until it was toooooo late.
This company doesn’t even deserve a 1 Star! Clothing is junk. Still waiting for sundress I ordered 2 months ago. No way of communicating with them. Something legal should be able to be done to these scammers!
Oh how I wish I would have looked at this before ordering. The clothes are nothing like they appear online. They were extremely small (I ordered an XL) and cheaply made. I ordered 10 items and I cannot wear one of them. I can't return because there were no return instructions, no contact information and they went through Korea. I had no idea. And it took 5 weeks to receive. I have learned a lesson. I will now always check for reviews and never order from a site that has no contact information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
It took several weeks for me to receive my items. When I did, they were nothing like they looked online. The sizing was way off and the quality was poor. I will not wear these items and need to return them, however, when you go to the website to try to initiate a return, the email cannot be delivered because it is an invalid address. I think this site is a total scam. Do NOT order anything from them.
no size tags or washing instructions on the clothing, a sweater. Poor quality and workmanship. Won't order anything from them again. I should get back to shopping in a store as opposed to on line. What looks like a deal on line isn't always a deal. Expect this item to fall apart after the first washing. Linda
Unfortunately I should have read reviews. I am missing 2 items of the order I did, 2 received are severely the wrong size. An email I tried to their Customer Service returned as a bad email address. Most items are bad quality material. This is NOT a site you want to use, for what I received I paid far too much for each item. It appears as a deal, it's no deal. It's a scam.
Lindlook is a terrible site. I still haven’t received 2 of the items I ordered. I need to return items that I did receive that aren’t the correct size but can’t find a return address or phone number. I’ve sent out an email to the email address they provide but it couldn’t be delivered. Tried to send another email to the email address listed on my paypal receipt that couldn’t be delivered. I found one email address that I was able to send a message to but haven’t gotten any response. Don’t shop with them because they will rip you off.
Terrible company! Would never order from them again! The items are totally different from the picture! Poor quality also! That to me is fraud!
A terrible company!!! They are deceiving people with their advertising!! The make promises just to appease you!, Stay away from this company. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
Order from here on August 14. Today is August 31 and still have not received my items. I will not be ordering forms this company again.😡😡
