Tuindeco Anmeldelser 

I have ordered tuindeco products from ZAM sierbestrating and after two weeks am still waiting for my order. I was told that my order was delivered to the wrong address but a week later I mailed ZAM for an update and got no response
This morning called ZAM and got no solution. They simply don't care. I've paid my money but no products.
Tuindeco don't have a process for dealing with complaints and simply point you back to their dealer.
After my experience I would advise to stay away from Tuindeco products and ZAM.

Een mooie overkapping gekocht. Gedurende het proces miste ik wat onderdelen maar die werden netjes weer door hun aan huis geleverd. Kortom behulpzaam personeel om uiteindelijk je droom overkapping in je tuin te realiseren .

This review is a continuation of my previous review, part 1 of 2.

As you can imagine, during the 4 months between June and October I tried to escalate my concerns within Tuin UK, however, the only email and phone numbers I have were for the technical support and sales teams, they point blank refused to let me speak to anyone else, so I decided to write to the parent company Tuindeco, in Holland, I constructed a long email telling my story in great detail and was about to send it when purely by chance I found an email address for the director in the UK, not wanting to drop him in it without giving him and opportunity intervene I sent the email asking him to call me, he point blank refused to get involved.
During my many, many calls and emails with Tuin UK I noticed 2 things that, without doubt led to many of the communication issues.
• During phone calls they would frequently start to talk before I had finished what I was saying, as result they would miss a lot of the detail, I got the feeling the either weren’t interested, or they thought they knew what I was say so they didn’t need to hear it.
• When I sent them an email, particularly if it had a list of parts I was chasing, they would only read the first couple of lines before responding, obviously, this lack of attention to detail caused many problems. Especially when chasing for an update on the parts from Holland. They would often get them confused with parts they were sending out form the UK office, despite the parts being itemised in the email.
Anyway, those are just a few of my experiences with Tuin, as I said earlier, I could write a lot more, but the purpose if this review is to help you make an informed decision.
My own view that there are a lot of companies selling log cabins manufactured the parts in the UK. Please remember this, you don’t want to do what we did, spend thousands of pounds so we could spend the summer looking at a pile of wood while waiting for parts from Holland.
Last point don’t fall for the story about the prices going up on a certain date, we did, but they never went up, and later they came down even lower.

Mooie schutting gekocht en een goede service

Helaas is de gekochte houten kist niet van goede kwaliteit. De tekening laat te wensen over en de schroeven zijn van zacht materiaal. Geen aanrader!

Schuurtje Vincent gekocht bij JanJP, maar producent is Tuindeco. Meerdere bedrijven bieden zelfde schuurtje aan van zelfde Tuindeco. Op alle websites staat dat de houtdikte 16mm is, maar in werkelijkheid is dat 11mm. Ze zeggen nu dat het schuurtje niet meer in 16mm wordt gemaakt, maar nog steeds staat overal 16mm vermeld als houtdikte. Dat is onwaar en misleidende informatie.
