I love all the Tug-E-Nuff products! I'm a big fan and have loads of them. Here's a few ideas for improvement though, I have a dog who is obsessed with tags on things, I can not get her to not eat tags, so was a bit disappointed with the frisbees - they have a lose tag on the front which seems like it could easily be sown flat onto the frisbee. Equally my dog loves biting the strings on all the chaser toys, which I've tried hard to train her not to do, so we don't play if she puts her mouth on the string part . I have followed your video on how to teach them to bite the right part of the toy and for the most part she is good, but she's so quick to reinforce herself and getting the string part, and once she gets hold of it I know she will chew with her back teeth and there's no saving that toy again. Maybe looking at having some options for harder materials for the string part of your chaser toys would be ideal for those heavy chewy dogs like mine. I'd love for you to make some bite pillow type toys in future.

Excellent service, fast delivery, but my dog unfortunately didn't like the toy.

First time of playing tug my dog ripped the rabbit skin pull almost halfway through. Company have offered to replace or exchange.

I got the sheepskin tug so expected a long wait as it’s made to order, it arrived super fast and my dog is obsessed with it. It’s absolutely contributed to her improved engagement

My trainer gave me the idea of trying a tug e nuff with my rescue lurcher - she was once used for coursing in her past and so a toy like this is RIGHT up her street! She ADORES it and even just 5/10 minutes or so with a toy like this makes her day! Uses so much excess energy and is a great way to build interest and a relationship out of the house! It will continue to be a very valuable tool!

It's still early days but it looks like this tug toy is going to last a long time - the quality is great and has already taken a fair few attacks from Winnie!

Winnie was a stray who we've recently adopted, and has no interest in food or toys (or really anything other than animals) when we're out and about. She absolutely loves training with this in the house and garden and we're slowly building up outside - while she's still not interested in it when she's full of energy, she's now showing interest in the toy (and us!) once she has had a chance to explore and work out that she won't catch any of the local wildlife. We're finally starting to make some progress on recall!

The tug product is extremely good and well made. I did order a hoodie and paid extra for a quick delivery but only the tug toy came quickly. Apparently the hoodies ship from Germany and I waited about a week and a half for it which was a bit of a shame because that was what I paid the extra quick postage for!

I did mention this to the company and they said they would try to make this clear on the product info, so top marks for customer service if they do this, but something for you to be aware of if you are ordering the unisex hoodie, however it is of good quality and the printing is good.

Really happy with the customer service and products purchased, the training booklets and videos have been so helpful too! Our border collie is only 12 weeks old but by incorporating tug-e-nuff toys, training and clicker we've seen less nipping and great response to training. She has been learning recall, sit, stay and paw. Totally blown away!

Honestly a bit obsessed with the toys this company makes. I researched toys for a rescue lurcher we were adopting, and this company came up. I bought a sheepskin tug and it is her favourite thing ever! So then I bought 2 pocket tugs for recall. Brilliant. Just placed my third order in less than 2 weeks for 2 pocket powerballs. Our girl loves these products. Really help with interactive play. Quality is really good. I'd advise the sheepskin rather than faux if you have a sighthound, she likes both but has a definite preference for the sheepskin!

Absolute recall ESSENTIAL!!! Complete game-changer, couldn’t be without one (or four so far ☺️)

Purchased the Wondaa Bungee Tug toy and initially loved it - seemed well made and our golden retriever was responding really to it with his recall. Unfortunately, we had it for less than 3 days until it broke - it was purely used for recall (a quick 3 second tug before releasing him, the dog never had it alone or to chew on it). He’s only a puppy and not that strong yet, so it’s a real shame.

We bought several toys to assist with training our very sassy Scottish Terrier. Accidentally ordered 2 of the same toy, exchange arranged very easily.

I have wasted my money, the Clam does not stay closed, my dog opens it within 5 seconds, and it does not hold her interest at all. The Tug-e-nuff is also disappointing as she still prefers the Tug toy she already has without the ball on the end. However there is nothing wrong with the new one, just the dog's preference for her existing Tug toy. But the Clam is very disappointing.

Absolutely loved our items we bought. My pup was brilliant playing with them. He really loved the pocket rabbit skin squeaker until it got lost out in a walk. Gutted as his recall was amazing with it. Still having fun with his other toy though. Brilliant company. Will be back for more toys soon.

Bought a smaller size Frisbee for my border collie - way too small for her ( probably best for toy dog size really)
However very helpful staff at Tug-E-Nuff were happy to exchange it for the larger size (postage included) which is brilliant- she loves it!
