I made a mistake in my order. I emailed the team and they helped me sort it out quickly. Speedy delivery and I’m so pleasantly surprised by the thoughts that have gone into packing the items! Tuftbox even included a sweet little note to wish me best luck (I was buying supplies for a craft hen do!) It went so well! I was nervous about getting the wrong size of punch needles for the yarn I’m getting. Thanks to Tuftbox I made an informed purchase because of the very well written product descriptions on the Tuftbox website.

They responded quickly to my emails and the product was shipped more or less straight away. It was also competitively priced. I would use them again.

First time of using Tuftbox and will certainly order from the again. Ordered cross stitch frame (fed up with stabbing my fingers!!!) placed my order just before New Year and it was delivered just after, didn't think it would be so quick!!
