Absolutely over the moon with Tuftbox - I am all new to tufting and punch needling and after having some problems with another company, I found these guys and have been so pleased!

Absolutely lovely customer service who were very prompt to resolve an out of stock item in my order, and even sent a free one once it came back in stock!

Speedy delivery. A personally written note

Parcel was well wrapped and delivered quickly, I haven't used the latex yet but expect it to be just what I need to repair a carpet.

A* company, I’m genuinely so impressed by Tuftbox. I bought a tuft gun from them, it was posted really quickly, packaged well and with a hand written note it was very exciting to open. I had an issue with my gun (typically on a Sunday) I sent them a message and was emailed back in just a few hours, Meg had sent me directions on what to do to try to resolve the issue I was having and gave me links to videos to show me. I emailed back after these things didn’t help and she arranged the gun to be returned and a replacement was sent out immediately. Meg gave me a gift voucher for the inconvenience but even without that I was still so impressed with them as a company for the quick response and how they treated me as a customer.

I have since bought a rug shaver which arrived in the same way as the gun, great packaging, quick delivery and a hand written note. I would recommend this company to anyone who’s in the market for tufting supplies.

Even though I found similar guns on cheap Chinese sites (which I refuse to use) the extra cost has been well worth the experience I have had with Tuftbox!
