Many thanks to Tudors, but especially Kate for making our experience of buying our first house so simple and stress free. Very professional estate agent always kept us informed and update with our move.
Kate was very responsive and answered all of our questions in no time. She made communication between us and the sellers very easy.
The whole process of buying the house was running smoothly and we simply couldn’t ask for more supportive estate agent.
We highly recommend Tudors and would definitely use them in the future if needed.

Its the first I've sold a house and Tudor have been fantastic from the start. Talking me step by step through each process, no question too stupid. They were always on hand to answer anything or keep me updated or just check in. I couldn't thank Kate enough and the rest of the team for all their help.
I also used Tudor for their mortgage broker and I had the same experience, every anxiety, worry or question they were on hand. Sam and Mike literally were God sends at putting my mind at ease. Top quality service for both parts and I couldn't recommend them enough!

We used Tudor to sell our property. The service was outstanding. Due to issues on our purchase, it took 8 months to complete. Kate was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. She communicated well with our buyers and kept them in the loop of what was happening. Kate also kept us updated and in some ways was my daily counsellor throughout the 8 months! Kate was brilliant in every way and is a credit to Tudor.

I used their full letting management services for my semi-detached house in Leeds, they provided excellent services for advertisement, communication with tenants and maintenance contractors. I had been always kept informed of the needs of tenants and for property repair/maintenance, with full details in every case, all I needed to do is reviewing details submitted via emails.

It is an outstanding company, definitely would be the first choice for letting services in the future.

I have had a challenging issue with one of my tenants and Tudors (big shout out to Louise) were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I would have got nowhere without their help, support, co-operation and intervention, thank you so much.

I wouldn't choose anyone else to work with, and Louise knows her stuff and nothing is too much trouble for her.

Nothing but praise very easy transition from viewing to application to moving into the apartment. Thanks to Dean for making very easy and explained everything brilliant service. Also the move in day was no stress the apartment was immaculate absolutely spotless!!! I think alot of estate agents should make sure the apartment or houses are left spotless to make the transition easier and not have to worry about cleaning when they move in. Absolutely fantastic!!

Renting through Tudor

Everyone at Tudor Sales and Lettings have been amazing, in particular Sarah and Matthew. They found me a rental house with all my requirements and within budget.
I would highly recommend using Tudor, they are all very professional and genuinely lovely people.

I have just sold my property through Tudor and I can't praise them enough! We had some issues with my first time buyer but Kate stuck with it and sorted it all out. I was kept informed frequently, something other agents usually fail to do. As a retired estate agent myself, I can only say, this is the first time I've come across another that came up to my high standards! Nothing was a problem and it made for a stress free sale. I recently purchased a flat where Tudor were the selling agents. It was an extremely long and complex process, essentially due to matters beyond the control of the vendor and me. However, Kate Jones, the Senior Sales Negotiator from Tudor, went above and beyond to press all relevant parties into acting expeditiously. After a couple of "near misses", we eventually had a successful outcome. Suffice to say, without Kate's help, it could so easily have gone wrong.
Throughout the protracted process, Kate ensured that I was kept fully informed of developments. She is proactive, very positive and cooperative and was great to deal with. She is a huge asset to the firm and I am immensely grateful to her.

Rented a property technically through Tudor. (I believe they advertised it, and somewhat managed it but the Landlord did pretty much the rest) House had an obvious moisture issue which was blamed on us at the end of the tenancy, (Despite our massive efforts, including showering not at the property, taking clothes to clean and dry at a Laundromat, etc) however this was more on the landlord and as I said I'm not sure how the management split of the property went exactly. Also I agreed to the reductions in other aspects so I don't have a leg to stand on here really, but thought it was worth mentioning that a property that was advertised by Tudor DOES have a moisture (and sometimes black mould) problem. I suppose it could be hard to predict if these issues could occur and as I corresponded directly with the landlord about these problems I will not knock Tudor on this point.

I will mention that other than Dean, and one other gentleman on a singular occasion, it is not a pleasant experience speaking to Tudor. I remember when we first looked at renting and I was spoken to very rudely over the phone and feeling like I could not complain as we really wanted to rent the property in question. Snappy service over the phone and I was spoken to like a total idiot, not the thing you want renting a property for the first time ever...

Typically when you ring they say they'll call you back but rarely do.

On an occasion we had an issue with the fire alarms at the property we did have the issue fixed within literally a couple of hours, so I'll give Tudor credit here.

I cannot comment on a properties purchase/selling process as I only rented through Tudor, just sharing my honest experience.

I have recently completed the sale / purchase on my new home, the 2nd time I've used Tudor Sales & Lettings, which speaks for itself. From my 2 times using this company, I simply cannot fault them!

Not only are their prices competitive, but they clearly have the relevant knowledge, experience, and outstanding customer service which I look for when choosing an estate agent.

My latest purchase was a new build, purchased off-plan and I was impressed by Kate’s incredible patience throughout the long process, and her commitment to her job by being proactive when chasing solicitors on my behalf and regularly keeping my buyer up-to-date.

I rented an house from 1 February to 31 January 2024 for upfront basic. I raised an early termination issue in August 2023 but had continued managing the property due to difficult finding a new tenant.

Until 28 November 2023, the Agent emailed me to open the garage and loft for a potential buyer to have a look on 7 December 2023, but the transaction was canceled. Consequently, I proceeded to finalize the tenancy agreement to end on 31 January 2024. In the email, Agent sent to me on 11 December 2003, and also confirmed that my tenancy contract would be terminated on 31 January 2024.

Upon our agreement, the inventory check was conducted on 3 January 2024, during which I was informed of a potential new tenant starting on 12 January 2024. This led me to interpret it as an early termination by the landlord. As a result, I request a partial refund of the rental fee for the period from 12 to 31 January 2024 (i.e. 604 pounds) and it is also agreed by the Agent on that moment with four witnesses at the house. Therefore, I believe the cost of the landlord or the new tenancy agreement should be borne by landlord but not by me.

After I signed the early termination letter and gave back the house's keys on 11 January 2024, I received an email on 16 January 2024 and be informed that I need to bear all the re-letting costs (325 pounds) plus VAT (390 pounds) for the landlord.

What a clever Agent that I never seen!!!
It makes me very disappointed of the value and principles of this company.

I wrote so much of above is hoping there is no more potential tenants to get loss from this company. Best wishes.

Lack of communication when dealing with return tenancy deposit and then tried to charge £150 for cleaning charge for One Bedroom flat despite flat being in the same state as when moved into 6 months earlier

Tudor are very professional and helpful. Katie has been great very supportive and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
