Ordered last Saturday with expected delivery to store on Thursday. No updates & so went to find out if the items had arrived to be told there was an issue over the weekend (my items should have already been delivered by then) and there are 40 boxes to unload so it will take over an hour & I will need to come back.
If Sainsburys know there is an issue why isn’t this communicated to customers. This also means when items do arrive there will be a long wait to collect as they won’t add more staff. Oh and waited for 10 minutes to be served today as there was a queue.

Great Quality, Great Service all at affordable prices!
Over the past couple of months, I have largely replaced all my summer PJ's by buying from Tu, initially when in-store on the off chance that they would be any good and then on-line too. I have bought both night shirts (2 of) and top / short sets (At least 5 of). I appreciate quality, natural fabrics and comfort - Tu's clothing certainly fulfill this criteria. Tu too do not pierce their clothing with those awful plastic fixings to which labels etc. are usually attached. The use lovely little ribbons for affixing labels to the hanging loop at the back of their clothing. Their labels on the inside seams of their clothing are perforated and simply tear off. Consequently, one's not either forced to put up with a label which makes for discomfort or having to cut them off which then makes the ends fray. Very pleased with these purchases!
Overall using Tu and Argos, for logistical side of things, has been relatively okay. Initially I bought in-store at one Sainsbury's and returned to another Sainsbury's elsewhere with almost immediate refund. Subsequent purchases were on-line and exchange process slightly more complicated as had to use the instore Argos points for that. All in all though, I think Tu and Argos' collaboration work rather well and allow for convenience and the ability to use satellite shops too. Delivery lead times are good. Refunds, if goods are returned in-store to an Argos are fast. Not sure as to the refund situation when goods are couriered back.

Didn’t know that TU delivered to my destination, so was very delighted to be able to try it out and ordered some school uniform.
Came fairly promptly and safely. Products were how I expected, reasonable prices, overall pleased on the service.

Fantastic service
