TT990 is great phone, easy to use. If you want to stay connected with whatsapp and have a hotspot for your smart phone this is the one. Now I use smart phone as a desktop computer. 😊

Make the physical keyboard more useful! First of all, make it possible to type letters, not only numbers. It's literally the key feature!
Second, adapt it for more applications. For example, in Telegram I can only navigate through contacts, but not open a chat with physical buttons. But in a pretty similar WhatsApp I can do both.
All other things work properly, the quality is way better than I expected for such a price.
I'll be glad to change my review when you fix the physical keyboard!

Ordered and payed for the TTPhone990. Waited for 10 days for delivery. But that went wrong (Thanks to DHL) The package will be retiurned to sender next week because i am not able to collect it in time (as DHL dropped it 10km from my house)

The whole process of buying online a mobile phone for an elderly friend to use in the case of emergencies was very simple. Unfortunately having unpacked the phone and setting it all up in advance of giving it to him, he passed away suddenly at home, following a severe stroke a month earlier and I presume I will not be able to return the item as it was a re-conditioned phone?
