Bought our daughter's first car from here. Fews small issues but they were more than happy to fix them at no extra cost to us. Friendly and helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and use again

Had the pleasure of dealing with Natasha, very professional but also able to relate to customers on a personal level. She spent time going through all available stock with me that would suit my budget and she managed to get me a decent reliable motor after I had been unsuccessful after weeks of searching. Sold car with faulty gearbox.
We had purchased from afar, and had therefore not had chance to test drive it, but contacted them on the day the car was delivered. They refused to cover the cost of the repair and then stopped replying altogether.
They also lied about services that had been carried out to the car, which hadn’t, and the fact that they were registered with The Motor Ombudsman (we contacted the ombudsman who confirmed that they have never been registered with them).
We are now having to take them to Small Claims Court to resolve this. AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COSTS.

The lady was honest and went out of her way to assist us in deciding whether to buy the car. When I accidentally transferred too much money, she very quickly transferred the excess back with no issues.

Very friendly and helpful service, convenient and quick sale, Natasha was fantastic, explained everything in detail for me, made us feel very welcome the entire time we were there, even offering us a drink. Had the car delivered to my house and we kept in touch, giving us updates throughout. Thankyou so much I am very happy with the vehicle and service provided, would highly recommend.
