Don’t listen to anyone giving it 5 stars. Worst bloody product I’ve ever bought. The design is not meant to give you a good night sleep but maybe an endless slumber instead with the way it’s just choking the life out of you. The only reason I’m not snoring is because I can’t even get to sleep with it on. Wasted my money, bloody scammers, hope you get your penance.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and that the NeckSupport™ hasn’t worked out for you. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and it’s definitely not our intention for anyone to feel uncomfortable or have trouble sleeping while using the product.
Sometimes, getting used to a new posture support can take a little time, and we always recommend trying it consistently over a period to see the full benefits. That said, everyone’s body is different, and we completely understand if it’s not the right fit for you.
If you’d like, we’re here to help with any tips to improve comfort or to discuss how we can make things right. Your feedback is important and helps us improve.

We're very sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience. Our NeckSupport™ is not intended as a medical device for sleep apnea, but rather as a general support tool to help improve posture and reduce light snoring for some users. We understand this may not work for everyone, especially in more serious cases.
Please note that while similar products might appear online at lower prices, they often differ in material quality, construction, and customer support. We stand by the quality of our product and back it with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
We take feedback seriously and would never fake or block reviews — all reviews on our site come from verified buyers, and we strive for full transparency.
We’d really appreciate the chance to make things right. Please get in touch with us directly.
Really ineffective and impossible to get a refund
I bought this thinking it would solve my snoring issues. I tried it for 30 days and all it gave me was a sore neck and an irritation on my neck.
So I contacted their helpdesk to get my refund as they so proudly advertise. Then the agony really started.
They offered me a discount at first but didn't quite understand that if it didn't work there is no way I need to keep it.
They flatly refused to give a refund unless the item was posted back unused and registered delivery obviously at my cost.
At this point I cut my losses and ran putting it down to a scam operation with zero intent of honouring their promises of a "full refund" I learned the hard way now I will have to pursue a refund through my credit card company
All I would say folks is just look at all the reviews and judge for yourselves. This is a fly by night company who make ridiculous claims and promises none of which live up to expectations.
Follow up.....I loved your request for fairness and transparency when your refund warranty is so obscured.
Beware people this is not a company to trust hence the low ratings

Thank you for your review. We’ve taken the time to check our customer records, and we couldn’t find an order under your name. Interestingly, your message closely resembles others we’ve recently received, both in content and tone, which makes us believe it may be from the same individual or profile.
If you genuinely placed an order and are experiencing an issue, we would sincerely like to help. You can reach us directly at info@vitavix.nl—our team is always here to assist customers fairly and professionally.
We welcome honest feedback, but we also kindly ask for fairness and transparency in return.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience.
We take all customer concerns seriously and will be reviewing your case in detail to ensure everything was handled properly. Our refund policy allows customers to return the product for a full refund within the trial period, and we certainly honor that when a return is completed.
The discount offers we extend are simply an alternative option—for customers who prefer to save the time and cost of returning the product while still receiving compensation. They are never meant to replace your right to a full refund if the product is returned.
We're reaching out to you directly to help resolve this matter and make sure you feel supported.
