I redeemed 2 gotoaisle offers recently. And, I think, one earlier this year, so they banned me. This site is a total scam. You might buy something they offered you a refund on. Apparently just to get you to buy the item. And pay for it yourself, with the lie that you will receive a refund.

This company is a complete SCAM! Please do NOT trust them!

I only had 2 encounters with them with submitting receipts, the first went fine. Second, not so much.

I purchased the eligible products from Target & texted the receipt for each product the same day. Within a couple days I received approvals for all products & then it was just waiting for the rebate reimbursements... which never happened.

I ended up going into the hospital for emergency health issues & wasn't able to follow-up right away, but didn't think it would be a problem as they were all approved. Problem is, no rebates were deposited. So essentially I ended up paying 100% out of pocket for everything.

I plan on reaching out to each company individually & sending them screenshots of the emails giving me the run around & letting them know not to deal with GoToAisle as a Seller... it looks really bad on these companies, even though it is not their fault!

After reading the few reviews on Trust Pilot, it is obvious that this company is fraudulent.

I URGE anyone who is having an issue like this with them to report them to the Federal Trade Commission & Department of Consumer Affairs.

Hopefully they will get fined or shut down. As I really hope other people don't have to go through what I & others have.

Shame on them!

Gotoaisle is arrogant and dismissive and doesn’t pay out. I was a cautious early adopter. I completed a few successful purchases back in April 2024. I became more active as my confidence of reimbursement grew and offers increased. However, everything came to a sudden halt when payback for several purchases from multiple stores went silent after automated responses of submissions being received and under the normal review. After several days passed and no word, I reached out to learn I was banned due to false submissions. How can I create false receipts? I responded but never received any further communication. Some products I had to consume the cost because I had already opened started eating. Everything else I reluctantly returned. Who likes doing returns???

Insult to injury, I still received text invitations which gave false hope that I could participate again. I replied with question and again nothing. Silence.

I commented on a Gotoaisle offer Facebook how Gotoaisle doesn’t payback and the product representative offered to reach out for me and they were told I gave false submissions.

Periodically I’d check to see if I can participate. But it’s always the same. No offers available for me. Stinks because they continue to grow and I can’t participate with any of the offers to try new products.

The very first time that I bought a featured product and submitted my receipt image, they rejected it as not showing the appropriate info.
I resubmitted the exact same receipt image, and they paid the rebate.
Since then, I have been inundated with offers, including, in one case, an offer for a rebate on the same product, but at a different store.
This time, the receipt was first rejected because they stated that they could not find the product name on the receipt. I texted them back and emailed support, stating that yes, the product name is clearly listed on the receipt.
Next, I received two different texts from two different numbers,plus a support email reply, stating that I had already redeemed this offer.
Well no, I didn't. GTA sent me a new offer, for a different store, and with a different expiration date. If the offer is not different, because of the different store and date....why did you send it to me!?
They have not responded.
So, GTA agents are either disorganized and inept, or this is a SCAM.
Waiting one more day to see if they respond, then blocking them.

Total scam! I purchased product, followed instructions for redemption and got nothing in return. Support does not work. Bait and switch promotion got me to purchase a product in store where I paid a lot more than I would have online, and then I never got the discount that was advertised.
