I ordered two pairs of leggings and have not received the order as of yet. I thought that maybe you guys had ran out of stock, but have been receiving review emails and I have yet to get the product. Please email me to let me know how to find a solution to this. Am looking forward to using the leggings.

I ordered my leggings 2.5 months ago. I have not received them as yet. The company keep sending me emails with tracking numbers that has gone no where.
I am trying to contact them for a full refund.

I ordered 3 tank tops on June 18, 2026 & still have not received. My inquiry emails to customer service have bounced back & phone number to customer service doesn't work. If anyone has ideas for additional action please advise. Thanks

I placed the above order on June 28th, 2026 and I still haven't received it. Their website states that the order was completed on July 6th.

I'm trying to trace this order but I don't see any current updates. I need to know when am I suppose to receive this order. I tried sending an email to their support email, and the email was returned, unable to deliver.

Most overrated product I have ever purchased. A total waste of money. They do nothing they say they do, the color was completely wrong and they are impossible to return. Don’t waste your money. If I could leave less than one star I would have. I also waited more than a month to receive them.

I ordered 2 things in June. Have yet to see them. Attempted to track them, via SHOP app. Came back that the number was not trackable. I assume I’ll never see them. Maddening.

ZERO stars actually. Items say they are out for delivery for 3 days and then never arrive. Zero stars for zero customer service.

They send botched up torn garments and then they refuse to answer any emails to return them. The s company Trysoviren are SCAMMMERS!!!!

I ordered two tank tops on June 22nd. According to tracking information it was delivered on July 14th. I contacted support multiple times while in transit with no response. When it was supposedly delivered, it must have gone to the wrong address. Trysoviren still hasn't responded.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Both email addresses for customer support are returned as Undeliverable. "Your call cannot be completed as dialed" when I call the phone number for customer service. Tracking says the package was left with individual. I never got the package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Don't buy from them! Bad customer service; they don't live up to their return policy! The items took a very long time, so I purchased elsewhere for much less $. The Trysoviren leggings finally arrived and I didn't even open the package to try them on ... still new and unopened. My first request for return (July 1st) was answered with a VERY SMALL refund offer, but it wouldn't have been close to covering my cost, so I counter-offered (as they suggested in the email, that they would consider) the same day, with what I believed to be fair. I didn't hear back so I wrote again (July 3rd) and again (July 8) ... email is the only way to reach them! still haven't heard back (it's been 2 weeks since original correspondence) so it's safe to assume, I won't hear back at all. Stuck with overpriced Rachelwear leggings, which can be bought cheaper elsewhere ... don't buy through Trysoviren!!

The product I purchased does not fit as promised. I have repeatedly tried to reach them to get a refund and have had no response. I do not know that they actually have a customer service. They do not have a phone number to reach them.

Regarding the high waisted yoga pant, the product I received does not look like what is advertised. It is a cheap copy. I do not like this product. The material is itchy. It’s cheaply made. It is supposed to be high wasted and it is not.

Tried to email them, which is their only listed contact, because the yoga/cellulite leggings had a hole in them, but the email was continuously rejected, including by their server!! Anyone else had this issue?

I order product on May 31st including shipping protection with my order.
I never received the order. I have emailed Trysoviren several time asked my product or my money back. No one has followed up with me.
Beware of being scammed!!!

Delayed shipping. No valid tracking. No reply from support. All red flags for a scam.
Stay aware.

The material on there Website: linen and cotton. I received 16 days later: two shirts in 100% polyester.
I sent a message to there support client email… no respond.
The product is very cheap…118$

I placed an order on 5/30/26. It took 30 days to received my order. Per the Support dept the shipment was delayed. I don't know what country they were shipping the product from. But, just be prepared if your oder doesn't arrive in 10 business days, I recommend you contact the Support department immediately.

I ordered 2 pair of the leggings from Trysoviren with the buy one get one free special. I ordered a size Medium and a size 3XL. First of all, I was charged for both pair..... It took a long time to receive the order, and it was not correct. I did receive the size Medium, but the other pair was a size XL NOT the 3XL I ordered. I have sent messages but have not gotten a response. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Be ware of this company! They got me for $73.00! I ordered the hair steam brush never received it. I would like to file against Facebook for allowing companies that are scammers! Be careful.
