Product finally arrived after I sent several emails over 2-3 months. Guess where it came from.
The shirt arrived and it was paper-thin flimsy, and way too small after following the size guide for the US.
When you see clothing on FB be very wary as there is no way to see where it is shipping from. Even if the site has an American name such as Brooks Family of Santa Barbara, China. No return policy because according to them, they have no distribution centers in the US and the cost of a return is on the customer who wishes to exchange or return items.
Don’t trust Trysoviren.

They are liars. Said package delivered but not at door step.

Luckily Amex block my payment as per my request. They tried deducting again 08.09.26 but Amex declined their request

This is definitely a fraudulent company. I as others have stated, Trysoviren claimed that my package was delivered successfully. I didn't receive the package and emailed them to tell them, and I asked to know what delivery service they used, and for proof of delivery. I emailed several times but no response. 76.59 down the drain. It's not recoverable by the bank if you used your card to make the purchase. This doesn't fall under fraudulent activity.

I wish I could give “0” stars! Trysoviren sucks!! Do NOT purchase from them. Totally bogus China company!! They insisted that they delivered to “an individual”, a month ago. Well, it was not THIS individual!! Now today a got an email saying the delivery was delayed due to the holidays! In August??? And they had the audacity to ask for a customer review on the products. (This is the 2nd or 3rd request) hard to review an item that was not received! I filed a formal complaint with PayPal (how I purchased) & asked that they flag this bogus company & requested a full refund, but the company refused because they said it was delivered! STAY AWAY FROM TRYSOVERIN!! They are nothing but a rip off!! And should be banned from advertising in the US. Grrrrrr

Frustrating experience trying to process an exchange for a different size. Their size chart indicated that a size 14 top was a size XXL, so that is the size I ordered. I saw the return address was London, England, and any time I've ordered something from there I always had to size up. However, the tops were gigantic! More like a size 18 or 20. I immediately sent an email to their customer service address and it was returned as undeliverable. I found another email address and that message, too was undeliverable. After receiving a feedback request message from them I replied with my issue and request for exchange. It took them several days to respond and we went back and forth a number of times, with me enclosing photos of the unworn, new items in their packaging with the size showing as they requested. I finally got a message from them after going back and forth for weeks that if I wanted a full refund I had to pay shipping to return the items to CHINA! They offered me a $12 compensation to keep the items. I sent them a counteroffer and am waiting for response.
They accepted my counter offer and promptly refunded that amount

I ordered two tank tops end of June and never received! According to the tracking number it claims that the package was delivered and handed off to someone at my house July 18th. That is pure BS because I was home that day and received zero packages. I have emailed the company several times with no response! Total SCAM!

I placed my order over six weeks ago. Tracking info (from some obscure shipping company) indicates that the package was delivered to my post office two weeks ago. It was not there. The local post master said he has had similar complaints from Chinese-based companies providing fake delivery/tracking info.

I’m writing this review to warn others that this company is a bogus company. I haven’t received my order that was placed a month ago. Tracking is a bunch of false numbers that states delivered and I have contacted my post office and they can’t find any package delivered to my address yet it says handed off to a person. Lies lies and more lies. No way to track, no way to contact as phone number is a bad number, email address is a bad email. Do not purchase from them. They are a rip off company. Took me for over $50 Beware…..

If I could give less than one, I definitely would quickly this company took money out of my account in a blink of an eye, and I am still without product. I have been trying to send emails asking where my order is. What’s going on and I get zero returns. This is weeks and weeks of no response no information. This is ridiculous.

I ordered two pair of leggings, spent over $60. I waited for 6 weeks but they never came. They asked me to give a review, but I never received them. They claimed the USPS delivered them but there is no record. I've contacted them half a dozen times but no response. They are a total ripoff!

I ordered a top from this company over 6 weeks ago. As of today I have not received anything! Customer service claims it was delivered - a blatant lie!! Over 6 weeks I received 2 delayed responses from customer service telling me to be patient! This is clearly a scam . They shoud not be allowed to advertise in Instagram or anyplace else.

I ordered 2 pair of leggings at $60.00 for 2, for a total of $120.00. I have NEVER reviewed the products and cannot get them to respond to my request for a refund. I have contacted them many times but now they have stopped responding. I only have the email address but cannot get the address or a phone number. NEVER deal with this company. They are total frauds

Emails to this company go answered by bots that make no sense. Actually texting with this company on their website they asked for an additional $5.00 to have a representative call me. I have never been so insulted by this poor business behavior. See the other comments

Update FYI: my bank refunded my money after I answered their questions about the 2 leggings I bought that were delivered to the wrong address - their customer service sent me a photo of the pkg in front of the wrong address but did not respond to my email stating that...this was my original review of them: I wish I had come here, to Trust Pilot before ordering 2 leggings from this "company" I never would have ordered with all their negative reviews here - from now on I know to always check here before ordering from an unknown company.

ORDERED A PAIR OF SHORTS IN MAY, THEN FINALLY IT SAID THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED JULY 29 AND THEY WERE NOT! NEVER GOT THEM! I TRIED TO EMAIL THE CONTACT EMAIL LISTED ON THE WEBSITE AND IT IS NONEXISTENT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY NEED TO GO TO JAIL. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings. They were supposed to arrive by the 26th of July. They have not arrived and, they sent me a request for a review, which was a NO-REPLY email. It appears I was scammed. Several weeks have gone by. Difficult to claim fraud now for $24.00. I will never order from them again.

Spam site. They actually had the unmitigated gall to ask me for my review with pictures. I sent back the following review along with a black blank screen.

I ordered several different pair on June 23rd. This is July 29th and I still have no product. I received notification that my order was supposedly shipped and nothing came. I tried the tracking number and it couldn't be tracked neither on the link you sent me nor on other tracking sites. I sent an email explaining that I could not use the number supplied and received a second number which also couldn't be tracked neither from the link nor on other tracking sites. So yes, I dislike everything about this. As far as I'm concerned you are a spam site and I will be saying that on your site and anywhere else I can think of.

Ordered 2 tank tops on June 19th. Still haven't gotten them. I did receive an email from USPS saying a package will not be delivered because it had counterfeit postage on it. Have not contacted USPS yet but as many of you stated that company has no reply on emails, etc. But this stupid company keeps sending me emails to review their product. Whaaat? I believe this company to be a scam and everyone should stay away!
