Mary was extremely helpful. I put a wrong address by my mistake. She was able to work with her team to ship me the order to the correct address. Amazing.

MaryJ helped me with my return and offered me several options to try to keep my business. She is dedicated to Trysculptique and I commend her efforts to keep my business. You have a stellar employee and I wanted to make sure you were aware of her performance. Unfortunately, your product did not work for me and the second shipment I received contained damaged bottles and the capsules from one of the bottles were not in the container. I could feel it through the bag so I never opened it. MaryJ requested I open it which I videoed so she could see the damage and sent additional pictures as well. She said I would receive my refund in 8-10 days on my original form of payment. I received a very pleasant customer service experience.

I had unknowingly been subscribed to service which I did not need. I was very worried i was going to be stuck with yet another expense on a product that simply does not work for me. A very kind and helpful representative named Mickey was incredibly patient and gave me all of the correct information I needed. He offered guidance with zero pressure. A true gentleman doing his job while at the same time not making me feel like I was obligated to do or buy anything that didn't work for me.

I took Lymphatic drainage capsules for two months i.e. 8 weeks. I was diligent with taking the capsuled. It claimed to help with lighter mornings, less puffiness, better digestion, weight reduction and better energy levels. I saw no difference in either puffiness, inflammation or energy levels. I did not have issues with digestion before so that does not count. there was no side-effect either. Maybe it requires even longer to see the difference.

I have been taking the Sculptique Lymphatic Drainage capsules for over2 months and have seen no benefits at all. When I called to cancel my subscription, the customer service lady was very kind, yet very persistent in trying to prevent me from cancelling the subscription. I was not even aware that I had a subscription until I received the notification from my charge card for the recent charges.A shady company overall, except that I was able to cancel my subscription with a phone call.

I tried the product for 3 months with no noticeable change. I tried to cancel the subscription several times and got no response besides them continuing to send more bottles which I now have months of this product that I won't use. I finally had to cancel my credit card for it to stop. Ridiculous!!
