The customer service team I had a positive experience with the service team getting back to me quickly every time. was tentative…

The customer service team was tentative to my request to fully refund me for my returned product. When there was an issue with the return address they were quick to respond that I can keep the product when UPS office returns it. I had a positive experience with the service team getting back to me quickly every time.

Easy to work with

I chose not to use the product and it was refunded and agreed on a settlement and did not have to return the product. Very easy to work with.

Issue Resolved

Had an issue with an order I did not place where the Rovina computer read as me being a subscriber. A month after purchasing the product to try out I received a notice saying that I was charged the next month’s supply. Since I don’t recall signing up for a subscription I immediately contract Rovina and their customer service rep Anthony responded to my situation. After a few emails were exchanged explaining the situation Anthony was able to go through his channels and resolve the situation and refund my money. Thank you Anthony for your assistance and customer care.Sincererly, BK.

Excellent Customer Service

Jodi provided excellent customer service via e-mail. Her replies were thoughtful and showed she understood my issue and offered several options. She even responded on a Sunday, just a few hours after I sent the initial e-mail to Customer Service.

My 1st order took awhile to arrive

My 1st order took awhile to arrive. Within a week you charged me for a 2nd shipment. You charged an inactive acct. You guarantee a 90 day return policy. I am returning my 1st shipment. I have been put on eliquis and can not use the shipments. How do I return my shipments for refund?

Joan to the shipping rescue…

I had an issue with shipping and Joan stepped in and handled it immediately. The customer service was exceptional in a day and age where a lot of companies defer to email and automation. Joan was a breath of fresh air. Will buy again. Thank you.

They automatically put me down as a…

They automatically put me down as a subscribe to their product. When I did not give them no such permission. And I did not subscribe to their product. If they cannot conduct their business no better than this maybe they should be investigated. I want a refund and I want this last order canceled immediately. But they have not got back in touch with me. I did not know they had a bad reputation for automatically subscribing their clients to a automatic subscribe. Or I would have never messed with them. Because I don't like companies that are dishonest. And force their product up on others. Do not subscribe to this company for any kind of product. Because for some reason they take it up on themselves to subscribe you to their product. That is dishonest, in their part.
