The customer service team was tentative to my request to fully refund me for my returned product. When there was an issue with the return address they were quick to respond that I can keep the product when UPS office returns it. Issue Resolved
Had an issue with an order I did not place where the Rovina computer read as me being a subscriber. A month after purchasing the product to try out I received a notice saying that I was charged the next month’s supply. Since I don’t recall signing up for a subscription I immediately contract Rovina and their customer service rep Anthony responded to my situation. After a few emails were exchanged explaining the situation Anthony was able to go through his channels and resolve the situation and refund my money. They automatically put me down as a subscribe to their product. When I did not give them no such permission. And I did not subscribe to their product. If they cannot conduct their business no better than this maybe they should be investigated. I want a refund and I want this last order canceled immediately. But they have not got back in touch with me. I did not know they had a bad reputation for automatically subscribing their clients to a automatic subscribe. Or I would have never messed with them. Because I don't like companies that are dishonest. And force their product up on others. Do not subscribe to this company for any kind of product. Because for some reason they take it up on themselves to subscribe you to their product. That is dishonest, in their part.
