why is a product "made in the USA" shipped from WUHAN China?

My request to cancel a subscription was met with nothing but cooperation and thanks for reaching out. The responding employee, Gem, was understanding, didn't question my decision and offered to be of more service if I ever needed same. This is truly the way CS should be handled.
