Renewa Skin Anmeldelser

Joanne and I communicated through text messages. She was very helpful and like I told her I sure hope this red light works on my puffy eyes.

This company shows that it cares about their clients. I have never had a personal call from a company who I buy product from on line. Thanks to Joanne for going over my complete routine and I am confident my experience will even be better than it is already because she guided me through the steps.

Informative and professional Joanne was very helpful.

Your customer service team is so pleasant, friendly and supportive. Your customer representative, Bern, responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. Bern was a pleasure to work with, making me feel like my satisfaction was as important to the company as it was to me.

Joanne was interested in my results.

Carlos was very professional and courteous.

Very informative. Easy process to purchase

Wonderful experience!

Stephen in Customer Service assisted me and resolved the issue in a courteous and prompt way. Very much appreciated.
My skin does feel better using the RenewaSkin device.
Many thanks.

I had an excellent experience with Renewa Skin, especially with their customer service representative, STEPHEN. When my RenewaLift stopped vibrating, I sent a short video. Stephen responded right away, confirmed the issue, and arranged a replacement promptly. He was kind, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. I also want to share that after a fall left me with facial swelling, regular use of the RenewaLift has reduced my swelling by about 50%. While everyone’s results may vary, it has been very helpful for me. highly recommend both the product and the company’s service. Thank you very much again, Stephen

My special Thanks to Carlos, who was very patient, polite, flexible and professional while offering different face serums for my age for a renewaskin device.

Bern was thorough and explained how to use all the products effectively.

The device I received was defective. I contacted customer service and Stephen was very responsive to my concerns. I sent him a short video of the issue and Stephen will be sending me a replacement device. I’m hoping it arrives soon as I’m excited to experience better looking skin.

I was trying to duplicate an order I had placed last month but did not see it available on the website and Joanne was very professional and helpful in assisting me. After using the device, my skin feels tighter and lifted, has a glow to it.

Bern was very helpful in explaining the steps with each device as well as the importance of the serums that work with the device.

Bern was Nice and very helpful. Answered all of my questions.

I chatted with Joanne again, briefly, and, as before, she was SO responsive. I really appreciate her help!!

Joanne was courteous and very helpful. She went through each step thoroughly. Joanne answered all my questions and assisted me with ordering two serums that I didn’t order originally. I look forward to speaking with her again.
