It was really nice to be contacted about the products and directions for use. Hopefully the products won't be another waste of money.

Bern was extremely helpful and friendly. He listened carefully to my answers and made recommendations based on my skin needs.

Bern was very helpful and informative. Excited to try the products.

They are not upfront with information regarding skin conditions that should not use their product and the 100 guarantee is a scam. You get limited information when you order and search their website and then when you call customer service after the purchase you find out the real terms of the guarantee. After repeated emails and calls, they only gave me 30% refund. TOTAL SCAM!
